But I think it's common courtesy to give up a seat to anyone elderly, disabled, or pregnant. Also someone with a broken leg/arm/whatever, or a parent with an infant. Media makes it out to be that rape is a crime against women committed by men. I've actually read that more men are raped every year than women if you include prison rape, which the CDC does not apparently.
