It means cat calling, groping, verbal mistreatment, etc. I've met more men who have done this, with multiple witnesses and accounts, than women who have falsely accused. Most incidents regarding SA and harassment are not reported, e.g. a friend of mine being groped in a club. Or, for example, one of my friend groups old friends who SA our other friend. Black Lives Matter doesn't just mean that only Black Lives matter, its a response to the wrongful killing and abuse of any black/brown person by institutions that claim to protect them. I've only met a 2 women who have said that they were sexuallu harassed when they, in reality, were not. One of them even claimed she was sexually assaulted by someone close to me, when she never was. Most cases of sexual harassment and rape aren't reported, or could possibly be blown off by those it was reported to. "Boys will be boys" behavior is a factor as well. 1	Do you ever get sick of all men being labeled as toxic and abusive simply because a small minority are? It's because some people can be manipulative, causing the women to feel as though they won't find anyone again, so they come running back to them. It's essentially breaking them down, and building them back up again, only in a way to make them 'theirs'. Those men are labeled toxic and abusive, probably because they are. The idea of men 'shielding' women in olden times is true, but also a two-sided sword. For example, in Native American society, a man had multiple wives. This, essentially, isn't a totally bad thing. It can be lovely, as long as you have the right person. Men and women are equally useful and equal ways. People can simply be engineered to do certain things, and I don't mean biologically.
