Because 1. they want twice as many people in the workforce pool and 2. a steady supply of other men's wives and girlfriends to fuck (if your girlfriend isn't old, malformed and/or morbidly obese and is working in a company that isn't run directly by you then it's very, VERY likely that she either had, is having or soon is going to have a sexual relationship with her boss.
