No it is not. Nobody is doing their nails to look younger. Heavy make up looks imature but the point of products like foundation is to cover up creases in your skin that make you look old Its not unique make up but it does make it worse. The only problems associated with women entering the workplace are 1. Gender roles have relaxed for women and not for men 2.
