7	A man, suffering from liver failure, owed $30,000 in back child support. They took most of his paycheck (his children were adults). He couldn't feed himself; his lack of nutrition and illness were killing him. Their response: "We don't care; go ahead and die." Sorry, but it sounds like the kid needs a job too.
