Without being an asshole I would like to clarify this comment. There is book entitled What Every Body Is Saying on body language. I think it was written by a former FBI agent. Good book. Very interesting.

I have two boys, one 16, the other 10. In my fatherly advice-giving talks with the older one, I struggle with this very question. On the one hand it's the God-given model. Hard to dispute that. 1.) You are a problem solver. 2.) An interview is a two way conversation, not an interrogation. So ask your interviewer what are the top 2 or 3 problems the right candidate can help him solve. Then tell him how you solve his problem. This is advice for every interview have for the rest of your life.
