5	Seducing a woman that you're already familiar with? So, I tried this. It was surprisingly difficult (my overall sexual confidence is pretty weak to begin), BUT I could definitely feel a change in the energy between us. Another helpful mindset was "I'm the best thing that could happen to you tonight." Don't remember where I read that, but saying that to myself was a reliable self-esteem booster (albeit a small one).
