I’m a pretty big MRA but this is just dumb, it’s a joke and while it is kind of demeaning, we shouldn’t take everything so personally otherwise we’re just gonna be outraged all the time over silly bullshit like this.

But it's okay cause she's hot, don't you know that's how it works? What a misogynist.

I see these things all the time and people need to realize that pages like buzzfeed, cosmo etc, don't actually give a shit about any type of values, they just report on whatever will get them the most web traffic. That's it. However offensive it may be. And us talking about them just gives them more publicity to exploit our reactions.

We focus on the most minor bullshit details, it's also like we're becoming the 3rd wave feminists. It's ridiculous and it pains me to see us stopping to that level.

This is so stupid, either way, just because you're "using the language" doesn't mean you're being sexist or hateful. We need to stop wasting our time with these mindless facts like the other side does, we need to keep our focus on more important issues.

Is this a private scholarship application? Because I know that there are many scholarships that are just for men as well. You can't really get outraged at that.

This is the kind of thinking that allows people to criticize the MRM. "Roasting" (bullying) never has been, and is not currently, a gender specific thing. If we start making issues where there are none, were stooping down to any radical SJW or feminists level. Note how I said "radical" because I don't believe this should be a feminism vs. MRM thing, there are radical versions of each side and it's up to us to try and destroy those negative stereotypes and ideals.

I think taking one side of an argument and completely denying it's validity at all is irresponsible and definitely makes the MRM look bad. We need to acknowledge that some of the actual issues that feminism talks about have some grounding in reality and not just the extremist SJW tumblrinas talking about #killallmen. We don't want to stoop to their level because then we become no better than them. We are for EQUALITY not anti-feminsim and I think this is forgotten sometimes as we try to over com…

Let's not start stereotyping here its a small percentage of women and feminists that actually think like this. This subreddit is about fighting for men's rights not about bad mouthing women in general.
