I appreciate everyone here. This group has saved my life countless times. I decided the best option right now is to check into a mental health facility so I can work through this without ruining my kids lives. This group is a life saver.

Update: Kicked out of my house this morning with an EPO. Never once have threatened her or the kids now I cant even talk to them until court on the 20th. My mind is blown she can accomplish this.

Do what makes you happy. I have been on the apps and if anything it’s a bit of a confidence boost, and you can see how many fish there really is in the sea. Have dinner with a few chicks, maybe bang a few. What do you have to lose?

Recovering Addict here.. Go to treatment, attend local AA meetings as much as possible, get a sponsor and people behind you to hold you accountable, find a higher power and pray. All of this shows effort to “get better.” Addiction is progressive, incurable, and fatal. I see people every day who have lost custody of their children and have regained that back, but you have to put a-lot of effort into yourself first. Best of luck to you.
