Apart from that it’s dependent on OKCupid data, and problematic in both claims and premises. Other research has come to similar conclusions. For example, in this study, women rated men's attractiveness even more harshly (around d = 1.3) than on OkCupid. Homosexual men were much less harsh in their ratings than straight women. According to GSS data, the median number of sexual partners is around 1 for men, but the mean is upwards of 5. The median amount of sex is low, but the mean amount is high. Sexual frequency has been declining since the 1960s, but not for every group. For men, physical attractiveness, wealth, and social status all correlate with greater sexual success and having more sex partners. The same is not true for women.
