Those guys are horrible, I’m sorry that happened to you !

But it’s not a myth a lot of older men prey on younger women, I remember being in high school and my classmates were dating men in their late 20s and early 30s. These young girls ended up being abused and traumatised.

Teachng women to be cautious of men they aren’t familiar with is important, being too trusting can lead to women being taken advantage of. There’s literally dozens of threads/post of women talking about their earliest experiences being sexual harassed and pursued by grown men and it’s mostly when they were children and visibly underage. The same thing happened to me and all my friends.

Fathers, sons, brothers and husbands etc. literally warn women about men, it’s not a select few, it’s a universal experience women go through.

No but women are raised to be wary of men since they were children and most, if not all women have had or viewed others negative experiences with men in their lives. Men openly saying ‘that they’ll fuck anything’ just reaffirms negative male stereotypes to women.

Isn’t it men on here and on social media constantly saying this tho, I’ve heard dozens men say that they sleep with women they aren’t attracted too because of desperation and low standards 🤷🏽‍♀️

I just wouldn’t view them as being sexually disciplined and him regularly watching / supporting that industry when so many women in the industry are abused and trafficked just doesn’t sit right with me.

It depends on the boundaries of your relationship, you can probably class it as emotional cheating because you fantasying about having sex with someone else and satisfying your sexual need outside of your relationship. In other cases with platforms like onlyfans men are developing intimate parasocial relationships with the content creators. Personally if my partner regularly watched it I’d lose attraction towards them 🤷🏽‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/24 09:19 AM

Agreed, there are outliers but myself and the majority of women I know are in our early 20s and none of us would ever date a man in his 30s or older.

Yes I’m a girls girl, I’ve had bad experiences with mean girls but I’ve also had positives with women, I always preferred to be surrounded by women because it seems more comforting and they’re usually nicer to me. Even though some of my main hobbies and interests are stereotypically masculine (e.g. gaming and comic books / superhero’s) I always try to befriend the women in these communities over men.

POC people tend to act better then white people and most peoples appearance doesn’t drastically change this late 30s / 40s but life style choices can also play a role on your appearance.

Jealously from other women, loneliness, unwanted attention, sexual harassment, being perceived as dumb, being perceived as a hoe/ player or having multiple partners, jealousy from other men, competition, resentment, people trying to humble you, unfair judgements, people assuming you have a easy life, people being dismissive of your struggles, shyness / being a introvert people will interpret you as being stuck up and full of yourself, being self-conscious about the way you look, being objectifie…

Affection by having sex 🙄 go get help, stop watching porn, go talk to people your own age, focus on yourself 🤷🏽‍♀️ that’s the only advice we can give you.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 09:08 AM

It has nothing to do with age, but your behaviour is disturbing! You jerk off to pictures of her and only view her as a sexual partner, confessing this to her will change her perception of you for the worse and she’ll probably be uncomfortable around you.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 08:57 AM

You seem like you lack romantic/ sexual relationships which is why you’ve formed a disturbing attraction towards your step mother. I hope you’re trolling because this is wrong, even if you have a bad relationship with your father I’m presuming you live in his house? He’d probably kick you out once finding out, do you have the financial means to support yourself? Admitting your feelings to your step mother will cause her to view you in a negative light and as a potential predator. Get help!!
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 08:50 AM

This is disturbing, I know you said that you’re not a porn addict but this seems like you are 🥴 you should seek therapy, try to meet other women your own age, distance yourself from her and focus of other things, hopefully these inappropriate feelings get out of your mind. If you confess these feelings to her are you prepared for the consequences and the negative affect it’ll have on your relationship with your father and her?

Men and women are both different 🤷🏽‍♀️ men engage in more direct and physical aggression, and women engage in more indirect and relational aggression. But it’s also been argued that this is due to hormones, physicality and societal gender norms. Like I said insecure women do this, some people mature out of this mindset and some don’t it depends on your environment, experiences and mentality.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 07:29 PM

Huhhh, you’re completely mixing up what I’m saying a pick me does anything for male validation and throws other women under the bus (like backstabbing their friends, sleeping their boyfriends, spreading rumours etc.). to obtain a man because their self worth is based on male approval.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 07:14 PM

Dude I didn’t say close family and friends 🤦🏽‍♀️ anyone would do that…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:52 PM

I agree it goes both ways but the op made it gender specific, which is why I’m correcting them by saying it’s insecure women that do this not women as a whole.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:50 PM
4

I don’t care if women gets along with men better in their lives then they do other women, but a pick me is women that is willing to do anything for male approval, they’ll embarrass or throw other women under the bus to achieve this goal and that just screams insecurity to me 🫤
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:46 PM

I wouldn’t really say a pick me is a pleasant women 🤔

Everyone feels insecure sometimes, it’s normal to compare yourself to others, however, when I say a insecure woman I mean the deeply insecure kind (like a pick me), the type of woman that projects her insecurities on to others, doesn’t respect themselves, has low self esteem, constantly seeking male validation, basing their self worth on what others think of them and bashing other women/femininity.

/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 06:24 AM

All throughout college and university it was Asian guys that were pulling the girls, I said were a multi-cultural society but there are instances of racism, I am not Asian myself but I have Asian girl friends that have told me their experiences. And like I said I read can’t remember the exact source/app it was but I remember reading the study which is why I mentioned it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 07:58 AM

I notice a lot anti-south Asian hate in online communities or in the US, we’re a multicultural society but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t instances of racism. If you visit make sure to go to the main cities like London, Birmingham and Leicester, they have the largest south Asian population and very diverse.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 07:10 AM

We have a large population of south Asians in the uk a lot of our political leaders are south Asian. I grew up and all the popular guys everyone liked were Asian dudes 🤷🏽‍♀️ I can’t remember what dating app it was but south Asian men were one of the races sought after in the uk.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:35 AM

I’m British and south Asian men are rated highly here and on dating apps, they don’t seem to struggle with dating other asian women or interracially.

Romance books, fan fiction sites like tumblr, ao3 wattpad ff.net, k-dramas, manga / webtoons that are yaoi, shoujo or josei, audio books, gay tv shows and romance tv shows, soft-core porn movies like 365 days and fifty shades of grey they are more for the female gaze. I don’t like to watch porn but this is what me and my girlfriends tend to use instead, these are usually are more sensual, women are enjoying themselves/ feeling pleasure, it has a story line and build up to the sex scenes.

Tumblr, ao3 and wattpad are still popular among women and lgbt especially those involved in different fandoms and Stan culture. I’ve got younger nieces and cousins going through their pre-teen wattpad phase rn.

It’s blown way out of proportion, there’s been a rise of misogynistic, ‘women hating content’ thats popular showcasing countless women proudly living hedonistic, lifestyles and partying all the time because of this men start to assume that all women are engaging in that sort of behaviour. These types of videos are just recycled content that perpetuates negative ideals of women, they’re always set in places like Miami, LA or at nightclubs, where promiscuous behaviour, cheating and partying is com…

I think those are reasonable standards, I want a partner that has similar values and is non-promiscuous like me. There’s nothing wrong with abstaining from sex and reversing intimacy for committed relationships, however, as long as he’s not the type to degrade women and devalue them based on their body count. I may not engage in hookup culture but seeing people degrade women that do makes me feel icky.

Thanks for the compliment ☺️ but it’s something I noticed that happens to my poc, trans and plus size friends 🙃 they get hit on by men but when you look at there wife/gf social media it’s the complete opposite of them.

It’s a ‘revenge of the nerd’ type fantasy, they’re selling it to people with unsuccessful dating lives that are frustrated with modern dating, making them believe that when they’re in their 30s, women will be all over them and that they’re the ones with the power to pick and choose. The media and porn projects, women going after older men when in reality the average age gap relationship is between two and three years and women tend to date men their own age. They be preying on women that are vulnerable and have low self esteem, the type that constantly has to have a man in their lives 🙄 I witnessed it with my aunt that prioritises dusty men over her own children only to be used like a wet rag in the end.

Someone that considers you a top priority, respects your boundaries, goes above and beyond for you and is a provider. Things that he wouldn’t do for the placeholder, just because they performed wifey duties doesn’t mean that they end up being the wifey and getting the ring in the end, they’re usually stuck in a situationship with the promise of marriage only to be used in the end and have their youth wasted on the wrong man. I see what you mean about the medical and health side effects but I was going along the lines of is men desiring women that are completely different to the ones they’ve settled for. Whether it’s because the women they want are unattainable or if they’re more concerned about the perception others will have of them / facing public scrutiny that prevents them from pursuing the women they’re attracted to.

Very convenient 🤔 she was a girl I work with, she’s comes from a traveler family so she was very traditional, cooked, cleaned, was a virgin and left school because he kept on complaining about her not being home to cook him meals despite her doing a nursing course. He ended up cheating on her, being emotionally abusive and cheated multiple times. She ended up pregnant because he didn’t want to wear protection and is a single mum 🤷🏽‍♀️

Dream girl syndrome, if a man can’t be with the women he wants he’ll settle for the women that’s there, attainable and the socially acceptance safe option. He’ll settle for you if you’re doing wifey duties for him but secretly desire someone else, whether that’s someone of a different race, gender, body type etc.

As someone who’s a virgin and friends with multiple virgins and multiple women that have low body counts online and irl, we’re not really attracted to promiscuous men. Yes, there are outliers were a player or fuckboys have settled down with a virgin but that’s unlikely to happen for the majority, no one’s stopping you from pursuing virgin but their attraction may come to a standstill once they know about your past. I don’t know who you surround yourself with but the women I’ve encountered and am friends with have respect for themselves. Men may want a virgin wife but if they’re promiscuous themselves it’s unattractive to any woman, nothing is stopping them from pursuing a virgin woman but the same affection isn’t gonna be reciprocated back due to the man’s sexual history. A lot of men have an idealised view of a virgin and think they want one but they simply lack patience and respect for themselves to be w…

There are people that don’t care but any women with self respect doesn’t consider a promiscuous man that lacks sexual discipline as relationship or marriage material. Men may not be criticised as much as women for their body count, but hookup culture does have negative side effects on them too. Criticising women for sleeping around when they do the same thing and then feeling entitled to a virgin is idiotic cause most virgins or low body count woman wouldn’t want to be with someone like that.

I’m glad you didn’t compromise your boundaries, men like the idea of virgin women, but don’t want the commitment or have the patience to be with one.

Honestly, I think that’s good advice for anyone. It takes a lot of self discipline and effort to look good as we age, so creating healthy habits and routines is essential if you wanna age well.

That’s kinda an extreme example, but you can kinda relate that to a sugar baby, sugar daddy relationship, where both parties are taking advantage of each other 🤷🏽‍♀️

I agree with you but there has been a lot of media coverage and research on millennials and current generation aging slower than the previous generation. Obviously, most men don’t look like Henry Cavill, but he’s just an example of a popular older man women like. What I meant is men’s looks aren’t heavily scrutinised as women’s because of that a typical man doesn’t prioritise self care like women do (skin care, hair care etc.). so they start to look rough in there 30s or 40s ( like bolding, beer bellies, bad skin etc.). I’ve seen countless posts where older men justify going after younger women saying that it’s because ‘they like older men’ ignor…

Personally, idk 🤷🏽‍♀️ it could depend on the individual, but you’d probably deal with public scrutiny and judgment. You can acknowledge that a younger person is attractive without having any sexual or romantic intentions towards them, but women typically find men their own age attractive as they get older.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:43 PM

There are plenty of older women that look good because they’ve taken care of themselves like the other replies have said milf porn is a popular category especially with younger men. However, women and men prioritise different things / find different traits attractive. Theres social stigmas surrounding women dating younger men, which is why it isn’t as common or accepted and from what I’ve read men (especially in the RP community) like to link fertility and inexperience to women’s attractiveness.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:03 PM

Most women aren’t into super older men like the media and porn projects, the average age gap relationship is between two and three years. But older men are seen as attractive because of traits like maturity and stability, however, the average man, young or old doesn’t really take care of themselves and end up looking rough as they get older. When women say they like older men they mean attractive older men like Henry Cavill not the average looking older man.

I think looking at spicy stuff occasionally / moderation is okay, but when it’s often then it starts to become a problem. However, I’m not gonna lie I will make judgements about the persons character depending on the content they’re watching like if it’s of women that look nothing like me, problematic and violent. Alot of people aren’t able to separate fiction from reality and end up harming their partners because of what they’ve seen in porn or they end up being so desensitised/losing attractio…

You literally picked two bad examples out of the 100s of good ones 🫤 I’m not denying that side of the situation that sometimes women can be at fault whether it maybe a difference in sexual compatibility, lack of communication or decrease in Libido, however, in some situations it’s either equally both parties fault or one more then the other.

That’s why there’s a difference between moderate porn usage and addiction, take a look at r/DeadBedrooms and r/loveafterporn and you can see some of the perspectives of women dating porn addicts a number of them have spoken about how they’ve tried to engage in sex regularly or experiment with their partners but they’re unable to get it up, seem disinterested or have to watch porn before or after intercourse.
