3	Women in combat put men at risk Treating them the same as I treat the male NCO's under my charge is impossible when the unofficial mandates around everything are forcing me to treat them special. You really can't understand anything about the cohesion of an infantry unit and how hard of a hit it is going to take when there's going to be animosity stemming from females in leadership roles they don't deserve, with different standards, special treatment, and various rules and stipulations dictating the simplest of routines. 4	Women in combat put men at risk In the Marines it's all decided by the shiny wearing higher ups who is in what billet and leading who. I've been a lance corporal or e-3 with Corporals and even a Sergeant under my charge. The issue is they are experimenting with putting them in infantry units and will be thrusting them into leadership positions (where effectiveness depends solely on experience) to see how they do. 5	Women in combat put men at risk It generally differs by battalion but mine will put a lowly lance corporal who knows what he's doing in charge of a corporal or even sergeant. The biggest issue is that isn't going to happen with the women who show up. They're going to be treated differently and have many things handed to them during this integration and it's going to change the entire dynamic of the infantry.
