2	Lifters of /asktrp, what is your diet? I need some easy to cook, staple-type meals with recipes / instructions. Here are my go to recipes that i keep in the fridge without going bad. And IMO tastes great. You could google em for variations. Pork sinigang and tinola(chicken). Pork sinigang: onions,garlic,water,pork,tamarind, ginger. Fry the onions and garlic then in with the rest. Tinola: ginger,onions,garlic,chicken,water. Fry onions and garlic then boil. You can add and remove stuff. Tamarind is a must for pork and ginger is a must in tinola. In my experience, they usually use a friend as an excuse as to why they are late or going out. So call the friend(catch her lying about her whereabouts) . 2	How to stop living in my head? Hey! It is very common for people to find reasons as to avoid confrontation. This is a bit irrelevant, however I wrote an article with similarities to your "issue". People try to find reasons so they dont need to ACT. This is the same process that happens when it comes to helping somebody in dire need (imagine a robbery or assault).
