I feel like the fact that no body sues is being ignored here.. It cost 10kish(lawyer, case term, jury option and judgements) to sue outright or if you sue with your lawyer getting cash at the end nobody will take your case till you reach a certain number. This is not a system friendly to lawsuits if you don't have money. Seeing as the median, average, and mode incomes don't crack 120K asking people to sue is kinda of silly.

Played yourself you don’t have to stay with someone who doesn’t want kids but you’ll pay for leaving more than likely. Also women, men, and minority groups can have different areas of issues. If you’re okay with paying the bills and there isn’t usually problems in your relationship tell your wife that this isn’t the life you and you want to have kids.
