0	Should financial abortion be a thing ? A child they didn’t consent to have? Consent to sex is consent to the possibility of parenthood. If that’s equal rights, then do you also support women having a financial abortion? I don’t. And it is a get out clause just as much as abortion is. 0	Should financial abortion be a thing ? The government has no business forcefully removing children from their parents (aside from abuse or other situations like that). Obviously the child support system is deeply flawed, I’m not ignoring the inequality here, but the solution is not to offer men a get-out clause at the expense of the child. As I seem to be outnumbered in this comment section I’ll quickly preface this by saying men are greatly disadvantaged when it comes to parental rights and I fully support efforts to rebalance this, but I don’t think this is the issue here. An awful lot of these comments are stating that if women are allowed to abort, then it’s only fair men should be able to opt out to.
