Washington State 2 kids $105k her less than $30k (She works under the table so just guessing her actual income). $1500/ month Child Support $650/ month Alimony (4 years of alimony total- I have 3 years of that left). $2150/ month in child support and alimony She has 60% and I have 40% custody I pay 100% insurance for kids and 60/40% in sport activities

Well, in my case I work Full-Time and have 15yrs of state retirement (Pers/457k) and in Washington State she gets half. We are going to sell the house and I will just pay her half of my retirement out of the equity we will get back. If you have retirement man lol good times. Is what it is and will drink a beer when its all done, plus now lol. I will be officially divorced by July/August this year!!!!!

Just be civil, we unfortunately live in the same house right now till we sell it but try and talk about it before the sessions. We did the parenting plan 2 weeks ago (first session) out of 3. Went very well, sometimes it might get a bit shaking your head but hey, let it be known what you want and don’t want. We do the finances for the second appointment next week so I’ll found out how much I’ll have to shovel out. Oh well, I’m finally out of the marriage and will never get married ever again! My…

So we’ve decided to do through mediation. Have them do all the paperwork and we will sell house or have it on the market by March/April. Hopefully I don’t get screwed, oh well. We just had a conversation last night and joked about us having to live in apartments now.. oh well
