Well my comment will be removed like all my others probably. I agree. I take breaks too. I’m no longer dating and found a HVM, after married 20 years to LVM… but my advice and comments never make it past my “fake” account being new… so feel like it’s pointless to even attempt to pass along what advice I have.

My dad had to step up after 30 years when mom had a stroke. He didn’t know how to use the washing machine even. Step up he did though, he had to learn a lot quickly, but I admire that he did it. He didn’t have a Reddit to say how it opened his eyes to all she did, but he told us. I’m giving the guy huge credit for not leaving her for a new wife appliance when his broke. He’s certainly a better man than my ex military husband.

Part of me wonders if it’s a “Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo” thing… and someday we’ll find out he’s gay and his publicist etc kept selling the “playboy” image. I kinda hope that’s the case. Otherwise he’s just gross.

Well, I’m not saying it wasn’t a miracle, but I met my HVM husband OLD. He was new to it or I think it might not have been such a match. I came home with the sniffles, complaining of my ridiculously cold office temperature at work, he came home from Costco with an electric lap blanket to keep me warm at work.
