I wouldn’t say you need to act like you don’t give a fuck, you should act very interested in getting to know your love interest. That’s a big part of seduction . You want to make them feel like a star. But you definitely don’t want to be needy or insecure these qualities are anti seductive.

Cold approaching a girl who has given you zero signs isn’t for the faint hearted bro, you should do it though, possibly. I would say it is maybe better to meet girls in a more traditional setting (ie, social circle) if you are looking to preserve a virtuous reputation on campus.
