Focus on getting better at one movement and reaching a goal (i.e. doing 75 pushups benching 1.5x body weight etc.). Works best with weightlifiting/calisthenics but can be adapted to cardio with some effort. Do 5 days a week and do a different type of workout each day. You're right it's actually much much more secure, although you might want to avoid a rational sentence and go for more of a nonsense sentence. Just replace one letter with a number and throw in a symbol at the end if it's required.

Part of it at least is Chads irl do weird crass jokes all the time so women are used to playing along. Of course it kinda still proves the point because women won't let non-Chads clown them like that. The beta Chad experiments I've seen the guy usually does talk himself out of a number. I don't believe I've seen one where a guy goes full Chris-Chan and still manages the number.

90 percent of thin women under 27 are hot and 90 percent of thin women who don't binge drink, eat a good diet, exercise, get good sleep and don't take prescription medication under 50 are hot. The wall is really only because most single women lead a terrible lifestyle healthwise and after your late 20s to early 30s depending on the person the body starts to accumulate permanent damage.

Having a lot of experience in physics departments that show was stupidly accurate except for everyone getting a cute wife. Even the humor is exactly right. I think that the criticisms come from dumb and average nerds who are trying to partially pull away from nerd stereotypes whereas smart nerds embrace it because they get plenty of social capital within that identity.

I feel very bad for them. Childless old people don't do well. Many will have 3-4 decades of basically being a walking zombie. Having kids and grandkids is basically what makes life worth living when your body breaks down

Alpha, beta etc. can be thought of as working on small groups of interacting people, or interacting groups, the important thing is that there is a high degree of interaction between the individual entities. These guys are in the alpha group but that doesn't make them alphas in a closed small group like a high school.

The way height works is this. Max dating pool is around 6'1-2 then increasing height decreases your dating pool but your competition also decreases because of height queens. My thoughts are that this competition decrease will be robust at taller heights even with a bad face. Therefore I believe that 6'1 probably wouldn't compensate but at 6'4 you'd start to compensate (in competition at least). I actually believe that most women would do well as men, IF they could get over the women who treat them like a leper. People will point out the Nora Vincent experiment but forget that she actually got success in dating. What caused her to have a breakdown was the realization that bald chubby dudes who drink beer and go bowling aren't GTA npcs but real people with complicated internal lives.
