What brought me here is to look for like-minded community when it comes to the men discourse in general. I have love and respect for my father, my maternal grandfather, my maternal uncle, and my cousin brother. They all raised me along side my mother. These men devoted their sweat and time to care and to teach me. I love them with all my heart and will have their backs anytime they need. I refused to let the false narrative change how I view them. I totally agree with this. It's the same in any aspect of life - including workplace where even if we get the same salary, we don't do exact same thing ever and don't contribute equally either - its impossible to do so. Check out who is doing the harder, more challenging, taxing work first. Then the other one should go on to cover the less challenging work to support the team. That's being a team player, whether at home or at work, not comparing salaries and keeping scores.
