I would say that those women who are delusional enough to think of themselves as 10s/perfect/too good for anyone are not self-reflective and do not see their own flaws. They are perfectionists who have high standard for themselves and for others. If they do not learn to become humble, acknowledge their flaws and accept others' flaws, they will also end up lonely either in shallow relationships or no relationship.
