The Military tends to be crappy to old soldiers unless you're a senior NCO or CO. But very true on the other points. Can't even go hands on without a senior Police Officer or Chief trying to pander to activists. EVERY agency is a clusterfuck. Even the ones in Mississippi are on the agenda too. It depends really. I made SWAT team for my agency but we still patrol the streets like ordinary Patrolmen Sometimes. But yeah, it can be frustrating since you're at the coal face of every Urban or Culture war. At least my agency isn't in a Sanctuary City or State etc. But the Federal government sort of imposes quotas to get funding. So every Agency will be a cluster fuck because of that.
