2	I don't know where else to turn. Either you are misinformed, or your attorney is a moron. The person who asks for the hearing controls the scheduling (unless the Judge has some sort of conflict). If the other side wants to move it, they have to request relief. Your attorney should have been opposing those requests. The more I read this, the more unanswered questions I have. I don't do a lot of family law, but I know this much: if you have in writing that you are supposed to have custody at X time on Y date, and custody is not provided to you, you should call the police. It's contempt of court, it's a violation of a custody arrangement, and it's not a laughing matter.
