To be fair she's only here for the summer and probably won't be back here next time.

You're turning into an orbiter and you know it. Soft next, meet some other girls and score there, you've already lost frame by agreeing to 'take things slow'.

178cm (5'10), 80kg (175lbs), around 13% bodyfat but with visible lower abs, I have decent facial aesthetics, no extremely sharp jawline, maybe a 6.5/10. I do get told I look good, more so by the locals than the expats. Again, I get cold approached by locals, and maybe once or twice this year by expats. I'm Asian as well, so by expats I mean caucasians. Edit: She's an honest 7.5, facial aesthetics of an 8.

I open the door, say "Hey, the bottle is in my room." Grab her by the wrist, open the door and that was it, no LMR, she knew what she was there for. Edit: Yea, this is why I didn't focus on the f-close in the FR.

Where I am at the moment, the local girls rarely speak english, and the girls that walk around in town are usually no younger than 21. With this, I think you're right in saying older women have more experience as well.

Firstly, next time post on asktrp. I think you already know what you need to do, but you seem to have some deep rooted problems that a therapist or councillor could go through with you. If that's not an option, find a different avenue to let out the emotions that you've bottled up - martial arts, contact sport, the gym. This change won't happen overnight either, so don't be too upset if you happen to act that way again, instead own it. and if you're up for it, set some kind of punishment e.g col…

I'm still learning, about to f-close for the first time as we speak. ;)

Gotcha, no more "thoughts" and "maybes", be more assertive.

Exactly this! You've phrased it succinctly and well.

Nahhhh, no neediness here, I just didn't explain myself concisely. Will do so next time round.

Noted, I'm usually direct but this time round it was day-game(?), so I didn't put my best foot forward. Will do so next time.

First time I've seen her, I have good social proof as well, almost all the frequent gym goers there chat me up and say hi at some point.

I think most of the comments here have it down already but, my take is this: Start lifting with light weights, ensure that your form is good for the main lifts via the use of the following channels: Youtube (Alan Thrall's videos are great) r/fitness form checks, take videos from the side, and from the front for lifts like the squat and deadlift and post them on the daily form check thread. Ensure that you get into a habit of doing light dynamic stretches before your workout. Youtube (Kelly Starr…

I asked what does your week look like, and then said what you mentioned.

Great advice, I'll be sure to apply this next time round. Cheers.

She did reciprocate. Which is what makes this confusing. Good to know, what technique is this?

I should add, I ignored her message and told her this afternoon to wear something nice tonight. But I've not sent anything else since then.
