Again though, this is not mens fault. In fact in industries like airlines Women have been shown to create the problem. Airlines report a huge shortage of female pilots, and those women who do put in the time and money to become qualified are headhunted and greatly fought over, so airlines can tick their equality targets. And yet the lower paid Air stewardess industry is notoriously biased towards women and rife with prejudice and bias.

Hi OP. Upvoted for sincere motive and intent. But you will find most here including myself disagree with you. The 'wage gap' is in fact an 'earnings gap' due solely to the different decisions men and women make. It is not mens fault, neither is it womens fault. The genders are just different.
