I don't want to get hung up in semantics, but it IS very true that up until recently many of the higher paying jobs were not available to women. A single parent of either gender would find themselves near destitute trying to support children on a farming, maid work, kitchen work salary. That has obviously changed though, and the law needs to catch up.

Divorce laws are hideously outdated. Like it or not, alimony did have a place when women literally had two options for a profession: motherhood and prostitution. And I suppose there are a few isolated times where an actual deadbeat dad should be held financially responsible for his kids, at least in part. Can we just say that women usually don't like math as much? That isn't generalizing all people, or saying that the best engineer in the world couldn't be a woman, just that that's how the cookie has crumbled. Make sure it isn't because women are trying to get into those fields and can't, but incentives and quotas completely lose sight of the fact that equal opportunity =/= equal outcome. (The same could be said for a lot of forms of affirmative action. )

But what exactly about this video pushes a feminist view? I mean, I see a girl attempting to encourage others; I really don't see anything in the video that's "feminist," unless you count the fact that she's a girl, which is a real stretch to call "feminist agenda."
