| 1 | Avoiding hamstering?I think it definitely is. Ive only really been "conscious" of it for a week now and it's already getting better. As long as you can disassociate yourself from your emotions I find that it's easy. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/07/15 10:53 AM |

| 5 | Avoiding hamstering? It's definitely difficult. You gotta think- it's been sort of a habit all your life, it's natural for you to. Not to say it's at all right though. Haha I came here asking for advice but I guess the only thing you really can do is be conscious. Good luck though, sounds like youre on the right path! | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/07/15 08:02 PM |

| 1 | emotions compromising relationshipI can seriously relate to this. This is the major problem in my and my SOs relationship right now, and its lead to a pretty awful couple of months. My SO believes it's due to my low self esteem. You have a fragile ego and you believe hes condescending you, right? This is at least how I feel. All I can recommend is that you try to stay conscious and mindful of it and anytime you feel like youre going to explode you just need to take a minute to yourself and breathe. Hope things get better for you… | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/07/15 10:08 AM |

| 1 | Does anyone have stories about woman paying child supportMy parents were never married and split up when I was around 1 or 2 years old. My dad never made her pay child support, I wasn't aware of that until we got a letter in the mail from the new state we moved to asking basically why she wasn't paying it. Three days later we get a check in the mail for $240 saying they took her tax return. We weren't aware of it, but turns out they've been trying to get her to pay it since we moved to this new state about 5 or 6 years ago. Not sure what's gonna happe… | /r/MensRights | 17/10/14 12:33 AM |
