I'm certainly not the best dressed man in the world, but looking around, I see tons of men out in public in gym shorts, flip flops or crocks, sleeveless shirts, etc. I think it should be mandatory in schools that boys learn how to tuck their shirts in and put on belts so that their pants or shorts stay on right.
