All the studies conducted unbiasedly and with equal controls and variables for each genders supports the data that women do in fact tend to use very severe partner violence at least at the same frequency of men or greater. Show this to anyone who says courts are not biased against men in divorce. A father in Australia was imprisoned for 3 years under abuse allegations by his ex wife during divorce proceedings. The public and his family and council were told this is standard. The allegations were never proven and didn't have to be. Character witnesses eventually got him out but even still he has no rights to his children or assets anymore and hasn't been allowed in his children's life since that moment. Legally. 10	Divorce is Getting More Expensive…. For Women. As more men are looking for a refund, increasing many women are experiencing the true cost of divorce I love the manipulation of context to suggest that these things are happening at those rates and are worded in such a way to convey that message. What it's actually saying is verbatim that lawyers have SEEN an increase with no attempt at defining that increase within this context, just the witnessing of it. 1	Woman sues doctor for "allowing her to be born." I imagine if it were a man suing it'd never have gotten that far let alone winning. Same if it were a woman doctor. These things only seem to happen with a female victim and a make perpetrator, and whatever story they have to tell to make it seem that way. That woman in Florida successfully sued the man who saved her like and jumped in the ocean and pulled her out and did CPR. She won that case under "consent" laws. No since 2016 women aged 18-65 have been cheating more than men and it's a growing trend (specifically in the 20-33 age range where women are cheating at almost twice the rate). Society tends to be compassionate, sympathetic and adjusts helpful to the single mom. Society has talked about fathers with overwhelming negativity regardless of their parental fitness.
