1	If a woman posts on social media that she was sexually assaulted and names her alleged abuser with no further evidence to support her claim (and if the alleged abuser’s reputation is otherwise spotless), would you believe her? No one in their right mind posts that stuff publicly other than for attention. I’ve seen someone do an online smear campaign of an innocent person before. 4	My "friend" says it's "guilty until proven innocent" in assault cases. I was extremely disgusted. Well, the low percentage claims are demonstrable lies. 2	Struggling right now, gents. I just need to get this off my chest. The problem is that law enforcement agrees with the fact that accusations need thorough investigation, but they do nothing to enforce it. They have Qualified immunity to behave however they please. The laws and statutes provide a pathway for evidence-less accusations to get convictions. There’s no way to MAKE the police or prosecutors investigate. 9	Will the Jonathan Majors trial (in 2 weeks) be another case of false accusations? It’s hard to say until the proceedings begin. I would like to see how they try to explain away video evidence. Notwithstanding the alleged injuries being disproven, that’s an extremely bizarre thing to do after being attacked. Why not go get help? She sounds insane.
