| 10 | Torn between maintaining a proper workout cycle and doing my 9-5 job.The only difference between a Full Body 3 days and similar PPL 3 days a week is the former is higher frequency (you train each body part thrice a week). Which may be possibly more beneficial than training each body part once a week. However, above all, listen to your body and do what you enjoy. Also if I understood your question correctly, yes, compound lifts will get you better returns. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/09/22 03:11 PM |
| 28 | Torn between maintaining a proper workout cycle and doing my 9-5 job.If you can only train 3 times a week, consider a full body routine. 1-2 excercises per body part. Focus on compound lifts. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/09/22 03:00 PM |
