Where does the report mention women? I can't see them discussed anywhere in the linked report? (I'm not saying that suicide in men isn't an issue or that WHO may have a gender bias elsewhere, but this article doesn't appear to have an explict bias)

Normally there isn't a legal obligation to tell your partner (although that may be different in your country) but I feel there is a moral obligation to discuss it. If I was in your case I would be emphasising that the fact you are taking your meds and regularly testing to ensure that your viral load is at an undetectable level means that you are a less risky partner than a person who isn't testing (as they could have the virus unknowingly)
