Unfortunately so many groups of people are generalized and thats kind of a problem. Feminist fought for true equality, but people like these overshadow them. MRAs fought for mens rights and to truly be equal, predjiced men overshadowed them. Muslims are extremely nice people, terrorist overshadowed that. Christians are nice, homphobic, transphobic and a few rapist for priest overshadowed that. The list goes on Most groups of people/communities are good. Its just that people rather pay attention …

Not sure if theres an exact definitionin this context i interpert it as her saying "so sorry" in tone thats basically implys that she does not feel that what she did is a big deal. For example, your expected to leave the tv remote on the coffee table. You do this 99% of the time but the 1 time you leave it on the couch instead your parents get angry.
