Should I avoid topics in discussion with women related to her issues in life, for example: moaning about their job, the way team leader treats her etc? I am not talkative person, I am struggling to keep conversation going, it's hard to me to make up topics, I am not social butterfly so I listen about her issues, let her talk about that. Will she perceive me as a beta because of that?

I live with parents, I am 26 too. I pay them monthly some amount of money and I don't need to cook which I can't do because my mother is always cooking. The advantage is I can save money.
