I buzzed my hair very close (#1) a few weeks ago and the unanimous decision from people was that it looks like shit. Pretty fuckin bummed. All I know as far as the "know your laws" bit is that she will be making a LOT more money than me as a physician. Trust me it isn't just for that. I do love her and we get along great. That being said, I witnessed my dad get absolutely destroyed in his divorce and that was largely due to the disparity in income. He lost the house, 3/4 of all bank accounts, and the kids. He basically only got to keep his car. I would never get married if my gfs and my situation were reversed.
