Even with dismissals an arrest record can be nearly just as damaging as a conviction. Renting Appartment’s becomes nearly impossible from corporations and your “record” always comes up if a background check is run. I watched the entire thing he never left his post, didn’t do anything wrong, didn’t speak to her, all he did was turn around at the wrong time and she took it as being looking at funny. He could have been looking at anything and since when is looking at someone against the fucking law? And discomfort? For what being kind of unattractive and derpy looking white dude? 6	Dealing with false accusations Man sorry to hear this, I just watched a dude get reported at my school for staring at a girl the wrong way at my university gym, literally witnessed the whole thing and the dude did NOTHING. It really baffled me tbh and couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. I would suggest only discussing things with your lawyer.
