One thing that has been extremely helpful to me in making me get quality sleep is fasting, I recently did a 10 day water fast and the quality of sleep I got was absolutely life changing, I say this as someone who has always had trouble with sleeping, so if you guys are interested you can head over to r/fasting and see what they got
