No? Why would it. You’re the one in the situation, you don’t have to ask other people what you should do. Do what you want. If you have the gas money and time, do it. If not, don’t. Seems like people on this sub are ultra worried about what they “should do” or if they’re doing too much or too little. Just do you.

She could either have an STD or be a victim of SA. A lot of women have been sexually assaulted and struggle with sex afterwards.

He’s the type of guy who thinks he knows everything… He really thinks women were happier when they had limited rights. Funny. I wonder why there was a whole ass women’s movement to gain rights if they were so happy with how things were.

I can’t believe you’re being serious right now.

Are you justifying giving women no rights?

That I understand. I agree with having to be careful about who you’re with, but platonic touching is a good way to gage interest.

Women also didn’t really have any rights

This is tricky for me. This information sounds good online, but it’s not always the right decision and can get you in some trouble. You’re asking people to begin touching someone sexually based on smiles and sparkly eyes. It’s fair to assume that a lot of men misunderstand a women’s intentions.. it’s not always so black and white.

I feel that there’s a such thing as being “too nice”. You don’t want to be a push-over or anything, but it’s always right to show your partner respect and be kind to them. Women don’t want to be treated poorly, although sometimes they accept it because it’s all they know. At the same time, they don’t want some push-over who can be perceived as weak. I have definitely gotten the same treatment as you have. I’ve had 3 serious relationships and every time I’ve been dumped in the end. The relationsh…

That’s a good point! I feel like I’m a good partner. I respect my significant other, even if they want to end things. On the inside, though, I fall apart. I feel unloved, discarded, insignificant, etc.

Yes. I had a really good childhood and have a great relationship with my family. I’m very blessed for that. Even so, I have commitment problems and feel abandon after relationships. I have a very hard time with being dumped. Even if I handle it well externally, I’m a mess on the inside and it fucks with my self esteem and worth.

Agreed. It’s pathetic and cringey to me. Oozes ego. Real men don’t subscribe to labels and aren’t worried about how people view them. Real men are un-afraid to be themselves.

I wouldn’t really care and would let my gf handle it. If there’s trust in the relationship, then there’s no reason to be insecure about someone hitting on my partner. Plus, what would I do? Make a scene?

I agree with you 100% on the maturity part. The camera thing seems like a game to me, rather than a legitimate attempt to ask someone out or let them know you’re interested. Plus, the waitress would be working and focused on her job. I doubt she’d have time to understand what’s going on with the camera thing. I know a lot of women who don’t like that type of attention when they’re working and who prefer people to be blunt and straight up.

I get that it’s worth taking some chances, just be careful. Waitresses are trying to get tips. It’s their job.

Agreed. The camera one sounds good in a Disney movie, but comes off as confusing and creepy IRL

No. Sex work is as old as time itself and is a respectable profession when done safely.

I’ve had 4 relationships and I’ve had sex with a few women casually and I get ghosted on dating apps all the time. Trust me, it’s something men deal with. The male to female ratio on those apps is ridiculous. Literally 7 out of every 10 people is a male so it’s highly competitive. Women get like 100 likes and men get 1 or 2. Don’t be too hard on yourself. I’d try to meet women irl. Are you into any hobbies?

Put yourself in social situations. Also being in better shape = confidence which helps in social situations

I mean are you enjoying her company? Is there chemistry? What do you do? If your only end game is sex, be honest with her.

Focus on you first and foremost. Everyday is an opportunity to get yourself on the right track. Control what you can control. If something is out of your control, don't bother worrying about it. Life can be a painful ride, it's even worse when we stress over uncontrollable factors. My advice is to pick up a hobby (if you already have hobbies, then nice), focus on exercise which will improve your mental and physical health, reading or working on puzzles also can improve mental processing. Most im…

A "red flag" is a girl who looks at your phone while you're sleeping, stalks you, messages your ex's, etc.

That's actually not true. Plenty of people say "babe" and "I love you" after 3 days. This sub is full of examples. It's not a red flag simply because you find it weird.

If you're not comfortable with that type of talk, then don't force it. If it's a deal breaker for her, then it's not meant to be.

Viewing talking to women as a science seems a bit strange. Who cares man, just talk to women. If you're kind, you'll have a good rep. Just don't be creepy.

Getting the number of someone you've never talked to before is obviously harder than a first date after you know she's already interested.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
