The independence of the judiciary is one of the checks and balances in the process of government. Not only are the laws prejudicially written to erode justice, but that the independence of the judiciary is being compromised by political factions to ensure the laws are interpreted the same way. The 77:100 study included women beyond those merely exploiting commercial avenues of income, but did not include the non-commercial income they receive. The study was a distribution of income without consideration of the work. On an equal pay for equal work basis the differential is 92-95%. 1	I need help with debate The argument appears so contorted that it is irrelevant. If a profession reduces in value, for whatever reason, its value is reduced for both genders.
