Just commenting that I need help with this as well. Normally once I have a number I try to immediately schedule a date in the next few days, but the following days after that date prove to be more difficult with texting and wanting to set up a date that's not too close to the original date you just had. I feel like I want to text someone more after a first date if it went well but I pull back from doing that to not look clingy. Maybe that's where I'm going wrong?

Yup ya done son. And that's okay. Meeting new girls is fun and making your intentions known upfront makes it easier for both of you, even if that means getting rejected!

Nice - my advice is to keep that regimen going into college and after. Easy to get fat. Sorry I'm not helping with your OP haha.

How much are you working out? Regardless of now or in college, being in shape for both sexes exponentially increases your chances of a hookup or relationship.

Find something else to preoccupy your mind with instead of having your happiness revolve around someone texting you back.

My ex had serious issues with tonsil stones. Finally came to the point where she had to get her tonsils removed. You may want to look into that because it really seemed like there was NOTHING she could do about it.

One thing I've always adhered to is "be interested, not interesting". Be genuinely interested in someone else that you're talking to, whether that is someone that you're trying to hit on or just someone you have met. It has helped me network with a lot of different people and eventually if someone realizes you are actually interested in them they will ask about you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
