Not necessarily. I slept with a girl that I met at a bar, and only found out afterward that she had a boyfriend. I found this out when she told him about it the next morning after I didn't respond to her 40 messages at 6am because sleep. So she got pissed and told him. He tried "finding me" for quite some time, even though luckily neither one of them knew anything about me. That was fun.

Not only that, but most people don't realize how long it takes alcohol to get out of your system. People get absolutely obliterated at night, then wake up the next day and drive because they think they "slept it off." Nnnnope. You most likely still have a BAC. Especially if you got blackout drunk. You can get a DUI the next day. For those wondering, the rate it goes away is .015 an hour.
