This is especially important because text messages are usually never important. If there is a serious issue she’ll call you. I’d also get an app to record any phone conversations you have with her.

Stay vigilant dude. I’m telling you, it’ll make things easier. If you talk to her about it anything make sure it’s just about the well-being of your kid(s) or the divorce filings. Anything else don’t respond. If she sends you a text message don’t reply.

I’m doing my best not to stoop to the level that my ex has gotten to. She has openly defend me and tainted my character to the point where it’s become very difficult to talk to certain people and very difficult to even work in the music industry in my area. Once this is all said and done and I have her take down those videos and those defamatory claims then I’ll go ahead and share my side of the story with whoever but for now I’d rather not stoop down to the level of my STbx.

Keep at it man I know it’s rough. But the more you let her fuel her own impulsivity the harder things are going to get. If you just let her make these impulsive decisions by not answering them, You’re allowing them to make mistakes and dig their own grave

I’m sorry you’re going through, that must be a super shitty situation. Keep your head high because obviously her impulsivity is going to cost her a lot when you guys go to trial

I already have my attorney working on a counter suit for perjury and defamation.

you know what’s funny? This was the topic of conversation that I actually had with a friend of mine because I ended up basically losing my apartment and car over this, in the name of being civil an amicable. Now it’s literally counter suit and file. I tried to be civil but then she decided to take a very aggressive route now I have to be just as aggressive back.

Hell she even closes our joint bank account without my signature so that’s potential forgery

From what I’ve been told everything’s gonna work out in my favor because she did a lot of things without my legal and written consent or anything like that

Oh God no. My situation would be 1000 times worse if we had kids

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
