Sadly, The money doesnt matter in a family court. Moving out looks bad on you, and will be something taken into account in a custody hearing. Sacrifice the security if need be, and stay in the basement or something....dont just move out. Seriously, it's already an uphill battle for men in child custody cases, and if she is given sole custody and cannot afford to care for the kids, guess who will be forced to do so in the form of maxed out child support and alimony payments?

I'm assuming as the legal father, you'd still he on the hook for support for a child that's not yours. There's no way to prove you're not unless the woman agrees to the test.....why tf would they do that? Lol. I'm surprised it hasn't came this far in America. I know there are laws in some states pertaining to the presumed father.....a poor dude finds out his wife was a tramp, and his 5 year old isn't his....still forced to pay child support.

it's amazingly hard to lose weight and it's really easy to gain it back. Eating healthy foods in moderate amounts while having even a little bit of an active lifestyle will make you lose weight....pretty quick even. The only exception would be an underlying health issue, which I would guess is the case in less than probably 5% of the overweight population.
