Personally I'd go for the ole 30/60s Spring for 30 seconds , jog for 60. When you find that too easy go for the 60/120. I hate running distances. But these make running better

Same to you bro. I'm still feeling the effects a bit. I think I was starting to develop depression but I pushed through and feel pretty great. It's taking a lot of self push to get out. Feel free to shoot a PM if you need it !

I was fucking stupid for thinking I could save my BPD Ex. Thinking I can help her get help with depression and anxiety. Ruined me and still takes a toll. I remember her telling me her disorder after she finally went to the therapist. BPD. Hmmm never heard of it. Eventually found a TRP post that told me to gtfo. I sent her the post and dumped her. Have gotten much better. It's been 3 months but now I feel like a while new person.. Thanks for the posts. They hit so close to home

My ex always talked about dying her hair crazy colours like purple or some shit. I told her "what are you? The emo chick in middle school?" It was funny. Dumped her and she dyed it super dark purple.
