From the link you provided: "The sex ratio for the entire world population is 101 males to 100 females"

No, there's been more men for a while
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/21 09:27 AM

How is this any different from their claims that 80% of men live off of pussy crumbs? 80/20 is backed by data, this isn't.

By 30 they've almost certainly built up an n count that makes them undatable to men who want an ltr.

Socialism would only make dating worse. The only way for unattractive men to stand out to women is through money (either by sugar daddying or by using it to get plastic surgeries). If you take that away you will only accelerate the problem.

Women's standards are unreasonable, mainly because they are mostly things that men can't change. Women's standards focus on genetic traits, and if you meet those requirements the rest is trivial. What women should do is lower their requirements for how their partner looks, and raise their standards for how men treat them.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/21 03:29 AM

Women should plan to be alone, but not for the reasons you outlined. There is no shortage of high quality men who are willing to go the extra mile for a relationship, however women do not focus on these traits. If women were to lower their standards for looks, while raising their standards for behavior, it would fix just about all issues in the dating market.

Many of those guys aren't ugly though...
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 07:53 PM

Average guys date ugly women all the time. Ugly men end up alone because of women's hypergamy.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 07:51 PM

I was just going off the post I replied to. What I said also applies to average women as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 02:26 PM

The only options are to send more men off to war, or subsidize plastic surgery for ugly men.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 02:05 PM

Personality doesn't matter, women don't get to know guys they aren't attracted to.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 02:04 PM

You would think so, but this isn't the case. Ugly women hold out thinking they'll get an attractive guy some day, because it's so easy for them to hook up with those men.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 02:01 PM

Yeah I've put on a considerable amount. I don't take juice tho so obviously my progress has started to slow down.

I've been lifting for years, it hasn't gotten me anywhere with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 03:48 AM

They certainly do have tons of options for romance. Those options just aren't the good looking guys that women are all competing for.

You completely skipped the other thing I said in my comment. I'm really starting to think you're just trolling tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/21 12:02 AM

Okay, so if people use online dating to settle why aren't ugly women settling for average looking men?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/21 09:58 PM

Yeah but a guys physique is only a tiny bit of what makes him attractive to women. Women are mainly focused on facial features and height.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/21 09:57 PM

We've been through this before, online dating is the most common way people form relationships these days.

All by itself it's not a successful relationship. But it is impossible to have a successful relationship with a woman who can't pair bond.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/21 08:49 PM

Look back in history at the last times young men had nothing to live for. It has never ended well.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/21 08:47 PM

Well women clearly don't want anything to do with average and below men. Why would they want to keep being bothered by them?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/21 08:45 PM

The traits women find attractive are purely genetic. There's no makeup to grow your bones out.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/21 08:41 PM

Men's standards couldn't possibly be lower. Ugly women have tons of options for relationships, they just don't take those options because the guys aren't hot enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/21 08:38 PM

There's still tons of premarital sex going on, it's just that women are all fucking the same few guys.

For some people, it feels better to pay for attention than to have no attention at all. Since so many men in the current generation can't get a relationship, they would rather pay than be lonely.

36% of guys on tinder admit to using anabolic steroids. Yet most men don't get matches on tinder. Also, the traits that make men attractive to women are almost entirely genetic. Most of the traits that women want cannot be worked towards.

I am also self aware enough to know that this is “unreasonable” and more than half the girls I’ve dated have not been short and I was perfectly attracted to them. Women should take notes

But an ugly guy can make up for it with money, a good personality, skills, or by being helpful in general Ugly men don't get the opportunity to show their personality. Yeah we could always be used as an ATM but that would be such a shitty relationship that most guys would rather go alone. An ugly woman? It never began. An average woman? No chance. Do you have any idea how hard women settle in order to not be alone? Women are willing to settle for less successful men, not less attractive men. They still wouldn't be caught dead with an ugly man.

It's one of the things that helped me realize that personality doesn't matter. And the dating scene in general has shown to me that having a successful life is almost entirely decided at random.

Youth is something that everyone has at some point. If you didn't capitalize on it, that's on you. Men are expected to be tall and have prominent facial features. Very few actually possess them.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 06:32 PM

I don't see a problem with it. The thing is though, most of women's standards aren't changeable traits like weight and employment.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 06:28 PM

I'd say they are both completely wrong. Bluepillers are either very naive or are purposefully ignoring what's going on in real life. Redpillers are closer to the truth but they completely miss the mark with thinking game/ being an alpha matters. Its honestly some of the cringiest stuff I've seen on the internet.

Personality doesnt matter when you're too ugly for women to talk to you in the first place
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/21 11:48 AM

I never really understood why women want a guy with a degree so bad. I regret going to college, I make way more self employed than I would using my degree. Men without degrees are probably screwed though. Its like how women are with their looks threshold. If you don't meet their standard they'll never get to know you.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/21 11:21 PM
2

The only reason you would need those surgeries is because you want more attractive men. Women feel like they deserve better than someone in their league and fight like hell to get one of the few attractive men. They don't need to do this, they choose to.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/21 03:25 AM
4

Just because you believe something is important to your success doesn't mean it is. Men are much less shallow about looks than women are. As long as you don't try to date up 4 points you'll always be able to have a relationship. If you're ugly as a man your only hope is surgery.

If you thought college was hard it's only going to get worse after. Its very hard to meet women in college unless you are attractive or popular. But after college it's basically impossible. You can't meet women at work or hobby groups anymore these days. So that basically leaves you with online dating, which is notorious for how bad it is unless you are attractive.

Most guys who are looking for virgins aren't expecting great sex. We have different interests than you do. I'd rather have a great relationship than great sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/21 08:09 PM

I see red pillers talking about how getting shredded is going to make you irresistible to women. That's really not the case. It will only make a big difference if you're starting out fat, otherwise it doesn't help your attractiveness too much. If you were ugly before being fit you will still be ugly afterwards.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/21 08:07 PM

It would be pretty easy to change their way of thinking. Just present an alternative that actually works. Until you can do that they will just keep growing in numbers.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/21 04:54 AM

Red pill hasn't taken off because it doesn't work for a large amount of guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/21 04:50 AM

I think it will go the way of PUA tactics. The main problem is of course that it doesn't work for the guys who need it most.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/21 11:21 PM
1

It's pretty different though. Becoming a multimillionaire is difficult and most people could never do it. Staying a virgin doesn't require any effort at all, you just have to avoid doing something.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/21 02:25 PM
1

It's not degrading, it's just guys choosing good long term partners. Why would a guy choose a woman who was much more likely to cheat on him if he was looking for a ltr?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/21 02:04 PM
1

You don't have to care, nobody is asking you to. With that being said, these types of guys are usually always looking for a relationship. So in some cases it would be a green flag.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/21 02:01 PM

You realize that if only an extremely small amount of women are fine with emotional men, it's impossible for most men to end up in relationships with them?

Yeah that'd be fine
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/21 02:49 AM

Building muscle can't get every guy a relationship. I'd even say its not enough for most guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/21 01:32 AM

It's pretty easy to see that looks are the most important factor for relationships. Without good looks you can't get your foot in the door, so no women ever see you for your other traits.

Kind to me Not addicted to drugs Not promiscuous Not long distance No relationships yet so I might have to lower them further. Lots of the comments on here have quite high standards imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/21 01:20 PM

It doesn't mean much in terms of actually getting relationships. I guess it matters a bit if you are already in a relationship, you'd want somebody with similar traits as your own.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/21 08:41 PM
2

Male ENTJ Agreeableness - 23rd percentile Conscientiousness - 93rd percentile Extraversion -52nd percentile Neuroticism- 34th percentile Openness -74th percentile I don't think this stuff matters as much as many of you seem to think.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/21 07:52 PM

Well yeah, guys who are attractive enough to get into those groups are going to do well with women. Kind of a no brainer
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/21 04:50 AM

If you don't get a girlfriend within 2 months Lmao I've been doing this shit for years, no results. Most of the equation is variables that guys have no control over.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/21 04:42 AM
1

Yeah the bar is totally on the ground, just don't have poor genetics that make you bald, short, and ugly! Real simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/21 04:38 AM
11

Just another reason n count matters so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/21 11:39 PM
2

Where did I say that?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/21 02:57 AM
2

Because thats the majority of women we run into
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/21 02:57 AM
3

Exactly, which is the answer to ops question. The average woman is shallow.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/21 12:17 AM
3

I never said men weren't shallow. That's not what the post is about. I do think that on average women are more shallow than men. Men tend to have preferences and will compromise, where women want a perfect guy and nothing less.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 11:33 PM
1

This post wasn't about comparing men to women, but no I don't think there are nearly as many shallow men as there are women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 11:08 PM
3

Caring about things a person has no control over is shallow by definition.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 10:28 PM
4

Your examples are things guys can control. Most women's standards are based on things we have no say in.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 10:18 PM
6

Having standards for features that a person has no control over is definitely shallow. Not sure how you could even think otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 09:39 PM
7

So you really think that a majority of the women you have met don't care at all about shallow things such as a man's height, income, or attractiveness?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 09:14 PM
4

Most women are shallow. If there was a decent supply of non shallow women it wouldn't matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 09:12 PM
1

There are plenty who do these things and have no success. I think you are out of touch with what unattractive guys experiences are.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 06:35 PM
1

What do you mean? They are ordinary guys who have jobs, hobbies, and interests just like anybody else. They would be good in a relationship but they never get the opportunity because they can't meet the high standards that women have for looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 06:26 PM
2

What exactly do you expect them to work on?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 02:44 PM
2

Plenty of guys have that but get turned down because they aren't extremely attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 02:43 PM
1

They don't even have to date down, they just need to go for guys who are slightly less than perfect. Instead of aiming for guys 4 points out of her league they could easily date a guy 2 points out of their league.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 12:16 AM
1

And just about all women can easily get a relationship. The problem is that they only see the top handful of men as relationship material.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 12:15 AM
2

If you really think it's their character holding them back then answer me this: How could it possibly be a person's personality that is keeping them from a relationship when nobody is getting to know who they are? They can't even get the opportunity to have a conversation before being turned down.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/21 11:49 PM
2

Because if you are one of the few women who no men are attracted to you have options to fix it.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/21 11:30 PM
5

If you only have interest in 1% of men you are going after the wrong things. I'm not saying to date people you are repulsed by, I'm saying that women need to be more open to dating guys who aren't perfect.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/21 10:34 PM
1

Being picky about how a guy acts is good, being picky about things he has no control over is bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/21 09:26 PM
7

Men have shown time and time again that they're standards are rock bottom. I've seen women on this sub even complain that men's standards are too low. We are anything but picky.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/21 09:14 PM
97

Don't be fooled, the women who "can't get relationships" could have relationships if they didn't overlook so many guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/21 09:12 PM
2

We already have guys asking out hundreds of women with no success. The problem isn't that guys aren't asking enough women out, it's that the women's standards are extremely high.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/21 09:22 PM

height, facial features, hairline, shoulder width/ body frame in general. Most women want a guy to earn more than her too. And while not all women want muscular guys, the ones who do always want guys who have bodies that are unachievable naturally. No wonder ~34% of guys on tinder resort to steroids.

Yea, no 4 can turn into a 7. Without surgery a guy can gain usually a point at most.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/21 02:31 PM

I used to be scrawny, now I'm pretty muscular. On a cut I have abs. It hasn't made a difference in how many women are attracted to me. It's just a red pill meme at this point to tell people to lift. Only lift if you enjoy it, don't do it to get women because it doesn't work for that. As long as you aren't fat it won't make much of a difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/21 02:24 PM
3

That's better than being alone forever
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/21 11:12 PM
2

You're just dismissing average guys who can't date as ugly. But the data shows that women aren't into them
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/21 11:08 PM
2

Some people are really trolling though. No matter how good of an argument you make to these people they wont hear it and will just try to waste your time.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/21 10:49 PM

It's pretty great considering that tons of 20 year olds don't even have jobs
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/21 01:13 PM

My prediction is that nothing will change in any significant way unless democrats win big in the mid terms. Their majority in the senate is too narrow for them too pass anything progressive. No senator in a swing state is going to risk their reelection to make whatever progressive changes that people expect to see.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/21 12:58 PM

Is this a serious post? I don't think I've ever seen anyone even suggest that women are supposed to make the first move. It's clearly men, it's been that way for thousands of years.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/21 09:37 PM
7

Lmao this is sarcastic right?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/21 09:32 PM
2

Nope. These guys aren't getting dates at all. How would someone who has never been in a relationship be turning people off by having bad relationships? Don't you see how that contradicts itself?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/21 09:25 PM
7

The problem is that on online dating women end up swiping on the same group of guys. When a guy has tons of matches he's just going to shoot out a bunch of low effort messages and go with the first girl who bites.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/21 08:54 PM
2

Because you have to cast as wide a net as possible to get relationships and/or sex as an average or below guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/21 08:51 PM
2

The lines between leagues might be blurred, but it'll just move to more divided lines between social groups. Which is a better alternative to what we have today, since people move up the social hierarchy all the time. Most people would rather be judged on merit rather than luck, the only ones who don't are the lucky ones themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/21 08:31 PM
12

So basically just like what we have today
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/21 08:11 PM
4

That would be an improvement since it's based on the guy's choices and actions, not what they are born with.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/21 08:06 PM
2

Subsidize plastic surgery and teach people to not discriminate against appearance while they are children. Or start some new wars so we can send the undesirables off to die
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/21 07:52 PM
1

Because you don't have to have sex? Just date an actual good person instead of hopping from dick to dick.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/21 01:19 PM
6

I wouldn't have an ltr with her.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 03:29 PM
2

For long term relationships men want women with few partners. For hookups it doesnt really matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 03:20 PM
3

If you actually look at the data women have much higher expectations for looks than men do. Most women are attractive enough for guys to date, but only a select few men are considered attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 03:14 PM
1

I already said this in another comment but this is only true if you limit your search to the best looking guys. Top percentile men aren't going to put in effort when they have so many options. The bar is extremely high for guys who are average or below, because most of the requirements are based off traits guys are born into.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 05:45 AM
1

Women aren't even talking to guys who are average or below, what world do you live in? The bar is only low for guys with top percentile attractiveness, for everyone else it's sky high.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 05:41 AM
1

It's the classic case of them only seeing the top guys, not average and below. Top men with tons of options just pump and dump because why would they commit when they have so much choice? The women get upset and think no men will commit when in reality it's just that they only see the top guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 05:36 AM
4

There's not enough low n women to go around
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 05:24 AM

Lifting, skincare, nice haircuts, good clothes, height increasers, teeth whitening, grooming my eyebrows, concealer around my baggy eyes probably more I'm forgetting
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 03:27 PM

The surprise isn't that looks matter, it's how much they matter. Men get taught that personality can overcome bad looks, which really isn't the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 03:21 PM
2

She was asking for opinions
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 02:55 PM
3

Accept that you are privileged and work towards removing those privileges for the sake of equality End hypergamy, way too many women going after guys out of their league and treating the ones in their league like shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 04:03 AM
3

That would be a huge red flag to me
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 03:57 AM
9

Every time I see a post from her it basically describes the exact opposite of reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 03:50 AM
3

Yeah this is the unfortunate truth. Your only real chance at a virgin is by dating younger women but the odds are still going to be stacked against you.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/21 03:43 AM
1

And that first exchange doesn't happen if she isn't attracted to his looks...
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/21 09:16 PM
2

Like the one that went private because too many guys wanted to date them?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/21 01:25 PM
3

Not treating people they find unattractive like shit would be a start
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/21 04:31 AM
1

Yes. Unfortunately we can't go back so it's pointless to think about though.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/21 04:28 AM

Accept that they are privileged and work towards removing those privileges for the sake of equality.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/21 04:24 AM

Or you could have a relationship? You have the privilege of choice, don't choose the bad options.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/21 04:15 AM

Go on tinder and date guys in my league.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/21 01:38 PM
15

This is easily disproven. Looks are immediately noticed, personality takes time to get to know. Women aren't going out trying to find ugly guys that are fun and passionate about something. So clearly looks come before personality ever does.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/21 01:29 PM
7

Like you said it has more to do with how the guy looks. The guys that it works for will most likely attribute their success to having good game, because that feels better than saying they got lucky.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/21 01:17 PM
3

Just because you chose not to write then on the list doesn't mean that you don't have looks standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/21 03:31 AM
1

Men are saying you should have high standards for personality traits, not looks. It's really not that hard.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/21 09:02 PM

don't go for the guys all the other women are chasing. Settle for a guy who doesn't get attention from women and you'll be his world.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/21 02:07 AM

Only way for a woman to struggle with dating is by setting unrealistic standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/21 02:05 AM

If you know then why do you do it?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 09:54 PM

I do the things you listed and even ugly women aren't interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 09:53 PM

It sounds like you aren't in a position to be rejecting people for shallow reasons
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 08:52 PM

Yeah that just means you hate ugly people.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 08:47 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 08:45 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 11:31 AM

who has never been approached by someone who wasn’t ugly? ugly people are human too
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 11:24 AM

Any woman no matter how ugly can date, there are tons of guys out there who would date anybody who gave them a chance. That alone is a way better deal than what average guys get, most of which can barely date at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 11:11 AM

Those things you listed don't work if you're ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/21 10:58 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/21 08:46 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/21 08:29 PM

Less men are approaching, but the total amount of approaches from those guys is high enough where most women get asked out. Even if only 1% of guys approach, that's hundreds of women getting asked out per guy.

but most of those men aren’t viable dating options. When men have women who want them, ask them out, etc usually The men who aren't "viable options" are the ones complaining. They can't possibly meet the standards that these women have because the bar is so high. Most guys don't have women approaching them, only the top percentile guys experience that. From now on I’m waiting until they ask me out and if they don’t they don’t. Men should do the same thing Do I need to point out the obvious probl…

How can you say you care so much about personality when you don't talk to people? If you don't talk to them you will never get to know who they are.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/20 09:48 PM
2

Why not just date any ugly guy then?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/20 01:52 AM

It's relieving to see that someone else experiences this. I asked for advice on a few different subs and they all acted like I was insane, but this what I experience every day.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/20 05:04 AM
3

All women are privileged.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/20 05:02 AM
6

I don't think most incels really care either way. Why would we be concerned about fixing privileged women's problems when we have our own? Its not like they give a shit about us.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/20 02:26 AM
1

I was both those during my last cut
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/20 04:22 AM

The privilege is that it's an option. If something bad happens to me and I lose my job I'm fucked. Women can fall back on onlyfans if they are in that position.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/20 01:13 AM
2

Rp tricks don't work for ugly guys. The best bet is plastic surgery
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/20 01:11 AM

It doesn't work for any incels, that's why so many incels lift without any success. Did you look into this at all?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/20 10:50 AM
2

You made the disclaimer so that it would be impossible to prove you wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/20 03:03 AM
2

Well it certainly didn't do that for me
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/20 12:38 PM

Neither are options if you want a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/20 03:49 AM

Lifting doesn't work to attract women unless you have good bone structure. You are just writing people off as not trying.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/20 01:37 AM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/20 07:00 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/20 06:23 PM

https://www.pewsocialtrends.org/2020/08/20/a-profile-of-single-americans/ 51% of guys under 30 are single.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/20 10:43 AM

I know it's probably hard to understand as a woman, but it's possible for nobody to be interested in you.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 11:05 PM
4

Plenty of incels are extroverted, not shy.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 11:02 PM
10

Incels are the guys who try everything they can and fail. You are describing guys who have not tried at all. No incel has women crawling all over us. We are the guys who women aren't even willing to interact with.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 11:00 PM
9

When you go your whole life without it, it gets easy to forget about
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 10:53 PM

You are assuming that everyone forms relationships, many women are perfectly fine just hooking up with an attractive guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 05:47 PM
1

People on the same level
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 05:38 PM
2

How do you make these?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 04:53 PM
3

I'd say being extremely shallow is pretty bad. Maybe not evil, but certainly not good.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 04:52 PM
3

The five stages of incel grief is very accurate
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 03:27 PM
1

I see guys dating down all the time in public. I've only seen the opposite once in my life.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 03:12 PM
7

It's very true. The only way this would stop is if attractive guys raised their standards, but that's not something we can control.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 02:58 PM
2

Haha good one
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 02:51 PM
2

This can be disproven pretty easily. You don't know if a stranger is anxious and depressed unless you get to know them. But guys who are ugly or poor don't get that opportunity to show their personality traits. So it couldn't possibly be depression or anxiety that is keeping women away from them.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 02:46 PM
3

They are making sure they aren't vulnerable at all, because they have been burned too many times in the past.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/20 02:36 PM
1

Yeah, unless you get surgery you are basically limited in what you can improve. I'd say it's about 1.5 points you can gain max.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/20 12:39 AM
1

I know this place is for redpill vs bluepill, but why waste time arguing if you are lucky enough to have opportunies to date?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/20 08:36 PM
2

If only inceldom could be solved by having my shit together
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/20 11:30 PM
2

Why do non incels bother joining this type of community to discuss dating? If I was good looking enough to get dates I would focus on that, not shitposting. (Not just talking about ppd, but redpill, fds, ect.)
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/20 07:49 PM
1

Nonexistent
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/20 05:13 PM

5'11, I was around 200lbs when I did my max bench of 275 Idk my exact bf but I had abs until I started my bulk last month. Still kinda have them now but not as defined
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/20 05:10 PM
2

I've been lifting for years man. All it did was make women insult me slightly less.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/20 04:53 PM
2

It doesn't really surprise me at all. Most of their posts read like they are written by 16 year olds. Not to mention that anyone with experience would know their tactics don't really work.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/20 04:34 PM
2

Yeah I've known for a while that I need surgery. It's just kinda fucked that I need to get tens of thousands of dollars worth of surgery for women to have even the tiniest amount of respect for me
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/20 03:38 PM
3

I'm 25.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/20 02:16 PM
6

I have a group of friends, but that doesn't really matter. I already know what the problem is, I'm really unattractive. Women don't really hide what they think about my looks lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/20 12:43 AM
5

Nah this is IRL, I don't get matches online.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/20 11:53 PM
5

I don't count but it's definitely in the hundreds. Still haven't given up, probably will soon though.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/20 07:46 PM
3

Haha I wish man. The problem is bone structure, not being fat or unfit.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/20 02:21 PM
10

women hate me because I'm dehydrated 😞
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/20 07:30 PM
7

I would if I could. In reality it's not so simple. Women have tons of options through online dating that they don't just settle like that often. Even if they aren't using dating apps they constantly have guys in their dms if they have any social media. Also, femcels have the lowest self esteem out of any women I've seen, but they had to take their sub private after too many guys asked them out. Ugly guys don't even register as humans to most women
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/20 07:21 PM
1

Idk how long this has been around but I just found out about tinder platinum. It comes with a bunch of shit but the main thing I found interesting was that it allows you to send messages to women before you match. From an incel's perspective this is huge. Our main problem is that we never get to show who we are before we get passed on. So being able to send even just one personalized message out is a game changer.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/20 06:45 AM
6

How many of them are genuinely ugly though? My point is that without looks you won't get past that first threshold. So the attraction cannot be personality because you can't see personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 10:39 PM
16

Ugly people don't get that opportunity.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 10:24 PM
30

Personality doesn't matter much because it never comes into play until after you're good looking enough. How would your personality have any influence on people who don't get to know you? It's not a variable in the equation so it can't change the output.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 09:29 PM
1

I think that's implied by being a virgin
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 09:23 PM
1

Sex isn't everything, some people want a lasting relationship. Which the data shows is more likely with virgin women
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 09:17 PM
4

Your initial point doesn't make any sense though. Why would having options be as difficult as not having options?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 04:10 AM
4

No I'm talking about all of the options you admit that you would ignore. The ones you "wouldn't consider to begin with".
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 03:58 AM
5

That just means you have high standards
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 03:47 AM
1

My friends don't care that I'm a virgin because they aren't assholes
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 02:17 AM
2

It's not incel's personality because women don't get to know us. It is literally not involved in the equation at all. So unless your suggestion is for us to start harassing women there isn't any way that being violent would help us.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 02:07 AM
1

Guys that know they are ugly don't post their photo online. It's a sub full of attention seekers.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/20 02:04 AM
4

Money for plastic surgery and getting a golddigger
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/20 05:53 AM

PUA was around for a while but eventually got replaced after people realized it was wrong. Then those people started to turn to trp. The same trend is happening with red pillers realizing that it doesn't work and finding the black pill.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/20 08:22 PM
2

Willing to interact with ugly people. They are orbited by average guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/20 06:48 PM
2

Yeah but if personality mattered so much women would be getting to know as many guys as possible, not just the top 10%
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/20 06:03 PM
5

I'm not, I'm just curious how they justify it
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/20 05:02 PM
15

Do women really think they care about personality above everything else or do they just say that to protect their image? On one hand I could see them lying to avoid looking shallow, but it is increasingly seeming like ugly guys don't register as humans to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/20 03:46 PM
2

Women's looks don't really matter, they'll still always have options. If you are an ugly guy you can't even find women willing to talk to you. It's a huge difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/20 01:59 PM
7

It died out because it didn't work.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/20 07:40 PM
5

Exactly. A good looking or rich guy can get away with that. Sure there are ugly guys who don't bathe, but they aren't in relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/20 08:58 PM
4

If we aren't ugly why do women go out of their way to insult our looks? And incels say that we want our looksmatch or even below our looksmatch all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/20 08:55 PM
7

They should accept where they are on the totem pole and date others on the same level. FDS is basically a bunch of women upset that their life isn't a Disney princess movie.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/20 07:33 PM

Can't wait till I can get an AI gf who loves me for who I am. 2040 is my guess, technology is growing exponentially.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/20 04:04 PM

Normal people can't accept the reality that ugly guys face so they just act like we don't try hard enough to feel good about themselves. The reality is that if they were delt the same bad hand we have, they would find themselves in the same position as us.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/20 03:59 PM

I've never been on a date. They respond by either insulting my looks or killing the conversation as soon as they can.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/20 03:49 AM
2

I'm one of them
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/20 03:48 AM
6

We do go for people in our league, and it's pretty common to see incels who have approached hundreds of women. It sounds like you haven't put much thought into this.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/20 07:14 PM
4

Jeez if your standards are that high I'm scared to see what you'd think of average guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/20 05:43 AM
2

I'd like a chance but I don't think I'm owed one. I'm honestly at the point where I'm just happy if I can go through the day without a woman making fun of my appearance.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/20 11:52 PM
2

This is your brain on bluepill
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/20 11:49 PM
3

I imagine you have the same problem I do. It's difficult to find women that are ugly enough to actually be in my league. And the few that are have no interest in ugly guys lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/20 01:10 AM
13

One of the main femcel subs went private because too many guys were trying to start relationships with them. Femcels have high standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/20 09:08 PM
4

Maybe some but if it was just BDD why would women be coming up and insulting our looks?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/20 12:43 AM
8

What exactly are incels supposed to be doing? I've tried red pill and blue bill, neither work.

You need to work on your reading comprehension. I've answered this twice.

You can't hire people that never apply. Women don't apply in the numbers men do. After they hire the women the rest of the positions go to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/20 10:47 PM
2

So companies go out of their way to hire women for high paying jobs but don’t hire women for high paying jobs as the statistics demonstrate. Makes sense. Are you trying to troll? Women don't pursue high paying jobs because they don't need to. The few women that do pursue them get hired over men.

How is it easier for women to get into higher education, specifically? Affirmative action 94% of scholarships are not gender specific Exactly, that number is not 100% You can also afford college by striping or web camming for gay men It's a much smaller market making it less accessable. How is it easier for women to get into high paying fields? Is that why there’s so few women in those fields? Companies go out of their way to hire women. There are less women in these field because women aren't p…

This only applies to usa because that's all I know. Women have it worse than guys in shitty countries. easier to get higher education more scholarships can afford college through selling nudes easier to get into high paying fields no pressure to go into a high paying field if you don't want to less likely to be homeless not mutilated at birth easy social life, people approach you free rides, meals, drinks, ect. not considered a pedo for being around kids (teacher, daycare, ect.) allowed to show …

It's not an overstatement. Even the most hideous women get more options than good looking guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/20 02:40 PM
2

Women's looks don't matter as long as they aren't chasing after top guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/20 02:33 PM
18

Why do so many women go out of their way to insult ugly guys, instead of just ignoring us?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/20 02:26 PM
2

It's really bad. From my experience most women aren't even willing to talk to you if you're unattractive
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/20 01:33 PM
4

Where are you getting the idea that we haven't tried from? I've tried so many different things that I have no idea what else I can even do.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/20 01:18 PM
2

Pretty much what you see on trp. Lifting, game, looksmaxxing, ect.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/20 04:05 PM

I've done all the normal advice you see everywhere and it hasn't been enough to get out of inceldom.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/20 04:04 PM
2

He said he's average looking. incels are below average looking.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/20 02:44 PM

The problem isn't that incels don't try, it's that the advice doesn't work in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/20 01:46 PM

I think most of us want working advice that actually applies to ugly guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/20 06:16 PM

I wish all we had to do is be nice to women. But like I said women don't even interact with us ugly guys. I don't see how you can think it's incels personality when women don't get to know us.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/20 02:06 PM
1

I don't hate men, I just hate the way most men treat women. We get shit on for almost every simple life choice, and are still expected to be a doormat. From men ánd other women, btw. I don't see this happening at all. Can you give some examples? Most incels I see on Reddit, are perfectly capable of leveling up if you look at it lookswise; if it wasn't for their awful personality, wrong attitude and repulsive behavior... I disagree. I don't think it is possible for our personalities to be the pro…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/20 12:00 AM

Not really, most of us are just ugly. Like I said we don't hate women, we just hate how we are treated by women. We get shit for our looks all the time.

Most average-ish women aren’t looking for Mr. Right. We’re looking for Mr. Not Shitty Haha I wish
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/20 07:56 PM

You said in the comment I replied to that we did get to choose
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/20 07:24 PM

Nobody made us, but we also didn't get to choose. It's all genetics.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/20 07:05 PM

Plenty of incels don't hate women, we just hate how we are treated by women.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/20 07:02 PM

We don't get anything for playing the game though. Rp doesn't work at all if you're ugly.

Who said anything about being treated like a chad? Being treated like a human would be a good start.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/20 09:38 PM

Like, hear me out, what if... you didn't have sex? Apparently incels get told all the time that they are not entitled to sex, and that it isn't a basic need. So either she really likes the idea of Russian roulette with a baby or... sex is such a basic necessity, that she risks an invasive and traumatic procedure for her that kills another human being for a few mins of her bf railing her. Lmao so many of these same women told me that sex isn't that good anyway. It's pretty funny to see them losin…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/20 01:56 AM

Most will just ignore me but there are still a decent amount who will go out of their way to call me ugly, say I look like a creep, ect. Some of them just do it for attention. Like at the gym a while back I had a girl yelling for the staff saying I was taking pictures of her working out. Luckily for me I keep my phone in my car when I'm at the gym, so her story didn't hold at all. I think she just wanted to have a bunch of guys come to her rescue.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/20 07:25 PM

Being fat is different than being ugly since so many people are fat it's normalized.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/20 12:49 PM
5

Yes we are treated bad. On a good day I'm invisible to women, on a bad day I'll get insulted quite a bit. From my experience they wait until you're alone, they don't want to be seen being rude around other people. Covid has actually made this a little better recently. Women have been attacking my looks less, either because my face is covered by a mask or they want to distance.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/20 12:36 PM
2

Well if you're that worried about it you could always just not fuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/20 04:01 AM

How does that make it worse for all women though? Most women don't need an abortion

How is she trying to make things worse for all women?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/20 03:37 AM

Shoulder to waist ratio is mostly genetics. Are you agreeing with me? And chestbrah has a good face
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/20 04:44 PM
4

I wish my abs gave me +2 points haha. Maybe to gay guys but to women being fit doesn't actually increase your smv much, unless you have good bone structure.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/20 02:56 PM
2

Also, this seems to contradict your initial point. If you really believed that it isn't worth it for guys to give a shit about their appearance... why do you? I realized that there is no way I can enjoy life without a family. So I'm going all out with what I can do as a last ditch effort. This is just incel hyperbole... it doesn't withstand a single trip to the grocery store and glancing at the couples you see there. Haha I wish. I've never seen anything which contradicts what I've said.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/20 02:29 PM
11

I personally already do all of those. I don't think most guys should bother, it can only give about one point max. There's no sense in putting in tons of effort to go from a 3 -> 4 when women have 8s and 9s chatting them up constantly.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/20 02:02 PM
7

You can get maybe one point if you're lucky. Women aren't selecting based on how much effort you put in, it's all about having good genes.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/20 01:59 PM
1

Not sure why you think ugly guys aren't insulted. On a good day I'm invisible to women, on a bad day I get insulted.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/20 01:52 PM

If every guy realized how much looks mattered it would lead to many men dropping out of society. There isn't much you can do to improve your looks as a guy, what women like are mostly traits that are genetic. Men won't work more than they have to if there is no benefit.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/20 02:50 AM

It's not that hard if you use steroids. I forget the exact number but it was something around 30% of guys on tinder admitted to using steroids.

Incels aren't having small talk with women though. When I say incel's don't get to show their personalities I mean we get absolutely no opportunities. And I have a hard time believing that women can tell a guy is a bad person by their intuition, when so many women end up in abusive relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/20 10:01 PM
9

Sure, but there aren't many women without any options. The women who aren't in relationships have options, just not ones they like.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/20 09:56 PM
9

Are you saying all incels are like Elliot Rodger? That's quite a stretch. Incels have a range of personalities, some are good and some are bad. But having a good personality doesn't matter much if people don't want to get to know you. And all of the surveys from incel forums show the average age is early to mid 20s.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/20 07:35 PM
2

Right, and incels don't get dates. Personality doesn't come into play because women aren't getting to know incels at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/20 07:30 PM
7

How could it be incel's personality if women don't get to know incels?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/20 06:41 PM
26

It's not the sex it's the relationship that matters. Loneliness kills people.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/20 06:40 PM
1

Yeah I'd say thats about right
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/20 04:00 AM
2

I don't buy that most incels problem is their personality when women aren't getting to know incels.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/20 02:15 PM
2

Doing everything I can to expand my social circle, improve my looks, trying to get conversations
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/20 02:04 PM

No
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/20 02:21 PM

Most of us aren't hateful. And how are we supposed to fix how other people treat us?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/20 02:04 PM

It would be great if you could back that up instead of just disagreeing
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 10:51 PM
5

Ok so you are admitting that you're wrong then?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 03:33 PM
4

Nah I'd like to see if you actually have some sort of strategy that would work for ugly guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 02:58 PM
8

Because ugly guys aren't successful with women, even if they know what they're doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 02:56 PM
10

I'd love to hear what you think ugly guys should be doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 01:51 PM
2

For the most part yeah. I've seen a few incels who only want models but most of us don't really care about looks. I'd be happy with someone in my league or below, idc.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/20 02:48 AM

Men have lower standards than women
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/20 01:54 AM
5

By being born ugly. I think you fell for a meme.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/20 11:51 AM

It's because we get no interest at all. There are tons of guide out there on IOIs, incels post about these sorts of things all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 07:28 PM
2

Looks are the determining factor of whether you can get a relationship or not (other than exceptionally rare cases like rich/famous). Red pill doesn't work when you're ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 07:22 PM
5

If he really is a bottom tier guy then it doesn't really matter how many women he approaches. Low value guys aren't going to have options.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/20 12:38 AM
2

She could've had relationships before, just not with the chads she probably wanted.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/20 08:05 PM
14

Yes they have unreasonable standards. That's what happens when you have hundreds of attractive options available. Guys would be the same way if we had hundreds of women wanting to get with us all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/20 10:15 PM
6

Trying irl is even worse than online when you're ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/20 10:12 PM
3

Because life is hard, and having a partner who is always in your corner makes it slightly less difficult (assuming you are compatible and have the same goals ect.). Plus I'd like to be able to start a family one day.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/20 05:54 PM
2

That still doesn't really help if I can't meet their standards
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/20 10:32 PM
3

Well none of that really matters if I can't meet their standards
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/20 06:32 PM

No I'm not. Are the standards really low there?

Northeast usa, lower middle class, in the city.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/20 03:31 PM

The easiest way to explain it is that my face caves inwards where my cheekbones should be. I just try to talk about whatever setting or event we are at. For example I enjoy climbing so I try to talk to women who are there about climbing. When I did more cold approaching I would talk to women who weren't sober like at bars. Idk where else I could go for that, maybe a rave or something.

I'll be making good money after grad school. I've had higher paying job offers but I wanted to pursue higher education first. I'll be able to get six figures. I was going to get surgery a while back but covid came and messed up those plans.

i believe its your really bizarre and visibly irrational personality as evidenced in this thread If you're going to say something like this you should be more specific so I can at least know what you're talking about. if you're genuinely defectively ugly and/or your personality is so offputting that none of the well known and generally effective human strategies, tactics and advice works for you then what else do you want people to say? who told you there was some kind of "Dating advice" for you…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 01:38 PM

Because I tried trp and it doesn't work when you're ugly. I made the thread for advice specifically targeted for ugly people. If you think this is an easy task then I'm willing to try whatever you've got, and you'll make an easy $500.

I've been on incel forums for years and most aren't even that concerned about sex. There are a few, but most are actually looking for relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 11:09 AM

I've seen multiple therapists. Hanging out on incel forums isn't why I can't get a relationship. Women were giving me shit for being ugly way before I even knew what an incel was.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/20 10:55 PM

Yeah I'm sure you know more about me than my therapist.

A lot of them genuinely think that all you need is to be confident to get a relationship. They can't imagine what it's like for looks to matter because they are good enough looking to begin with. A while back I made a post offering 500 bucks to whoever could give me advice that gets me a relationship. Most of the serious replies were things like lift, be confident, and my favorite, "just wear a suit". These people actually think it works because they can't imagine the world the way it is for ugl…

Lol my standards are rock bottom. Most incels just want their lookamatch, but are fine dating down if they need.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/20 05:31 PM

You need to pass the looks threshold to even have the opportunity to show your personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/20 01:00 AM

Not necessarily hookup culture, more that the dating apps make it feel like you can always do better. Nobody wants to settle and so they keep searching for their perfect person.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/20 01:15 AM
2

Probably a tiny bit, but it's nothing compared to the negative effects from dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/20 11:51 PM

Yes I was talking about men.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/20 02:13 PM

If that were true then a huge amount of incels wouldn't have any problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/20 01:11 PM

What do you think about the idea of there being a looks threshold? Ive seen it a lot on incel boards and it definitely matches my experience. For those unaware, the idea is that there is this threshold that you need to pass looks wise for other traits (mainly personality) to matter. For example it doesn't matter if a 1/10 is an amazingly charismatic and funny person, his looks are so low that the vast majority of women will reject him immediately. Obviously there are some rare exceptions, especi…

I've been doing all those things for years, it doesn't make a difference. Women still have better options. Why take an ugly guy with a good career if you can get a good looking guy with a good career?

Those guys have trouble getting women since women have hundreds of options available to them. Women aren't dating ugly guys when they have better options to choose from.

The problem with my jaw is that it's weak. My cheeks are a bigger problem. I have a deformity which causes them to cave inwards instead of how they are supposed to look. Fillers seem to be the way to go for it. From what I heard of you get cheek implants they need to sever the muscle insertion (think that's what it's called?) Which makes your face droopy. I could do Invisalign or get braces but I don't really think that's worth it at this point. I'd rather focus on the bigger problems with my fa…

I was going to get jaw implants, then fillers for my cheeks. From what I've read it's better to get the jaw work done first, since a good jaw can really bring out the other features of the face.

I've done pretty much everything I can other than surgery (which I was going to get until covid came). I've been working on it for about three years now. Lifting, fashion, skincare, haircuts + products, concealer for my baggy eyes, you get the idea. No relationship or hookups. None of these things worked because what makes you attractive as a guy is mostly your bone structure.

Never thought I'd see something reasonable from someone who posts on fds
/r/PurplePillDebate01/09/20 01:20 PM

It's pretty much useless. They understand the problem but have no solution. Their advice is to just ignore it. They'll tell you that plenty of people are happy without relationships. Most incels would be better off getting plastic surgery than paying for someone to say their problems don't really matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/20 07:42 PM
9

Not really. Incels don't look for the blackpill, it comes naturally when you've experienced it. Incel forums haven't made my life worse, if anything I've made some good friends on them.

What exactly are we supposed to do?

The black pill acknowledges that there are a small amount of women who are outliers. The problem is that there are way more unattractive guys than women who are willing to date them. The surplus guys are incels. How could any personality trait be the problem when women don't actually get to know us? I'm not a misogynist, but even if I was it's not like women could tell just by looking at me.

Personality doesn't come into play if you repulse women when they see you

How should an incel get a relationship then? There are tons of incels that do the basic advice you hear everywhere, it doesn't work when you are below average looking
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/20 02:35 AM

It's not so much about sex as it is companionship
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/20 02:33 AM

I agree with this. I've tried all the normal advice you hear around here, no success. People think that I'm debating them when I say I've tried something and it didn't work.

Such as?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/20 02:19 AM

Yeah I understand that. My whole point of posting this was to see how someone who is genuinely ugly could get a relationship. So I wasn't really thinking about insecurity or hygiene, just how they could overcome their poor looks
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/20 02:40 PM
1

From my experience other incels will call you out if you haven't done the basics. Yes it helps but it's not enough for a lot of guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 05:08 PM
3

So then ugly guys have nobody in their own league
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 05:02 PM

That's not enough for most incels. Doing this stuff is standard, most of the people on incel forums are already doing it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 12:38 PM

Money is pretty obvious but how do you work on status?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 12:13 PM

I was thinking moreso about the ones who aren't fat, since incels will give you hell if you're fat and complain about being single.

Okay but what should a 1-2 do?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 10:31 AM

If you want to use that chart I'd say most incels lie between 2-3.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 10:30 AM

I've tried with women of similar attractiveness, it doesn't work out. They simply have better options.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 10:25 AM

I don't think there is any data on that but a significant amount of us are this unattractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 09:57 AM

For either blue pillers or red pillers: describe how you would get a relationship if you were exceptionally unattractive (1-2/10). I see so many people say that incels are only incel because of their own doing, so how would you do it?

I don't see how personality would ever matter if I never get to show women who I am? Money I guess would work but I'm trying to get a relationship with someone who actually cares about me.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/20 01:02 AM
1

Yeah but I can't even make friends with women. I feel like waiting for someones relationship to end would be kinda scummy too. I'm not necessarily looking for a relationship right away so I'm not targeting single girls in the first place.

I try to be someone id want to hang out with. And I don't remember rating people out of ten but I probably have before. My business isn't really one that requires me to be social since it's mostly online other than trips to the post office.

What would therapy do about the physical ugliness though?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/20 07:32 PM

🏅 Only thing though, not all incels are introverted. A lot are, which is part of their problem. Most personality tests say I'm an extrovert though. Being an extrovert doesn't matter if you can't get people to talk to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/20 12:37 PM

Imo you gotta be at least average to get a shot at showing women who you are. If you aren't average looking there are just so few women that are willing to interact with you that you'd never make it out.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/20 12:20 PM
1

Yeah I know it holds me back a lot. I think my personality is good enough to have a relationship, I just struggle to get to show it since my looks disqualify me so early. I'm 25 so maybe it will be better when I get older but no sign of that yet.

Where did you find data on single men to single women? I'm not sure how it is in my city. My main problem is that I have a facial deformity so there aren't many women willing to date guys like me. I also have a few ethnically jewish traits which people insult a lot. I have my own business and work a decent job, so it's not a money problem I don't think. I usually live alone but moved back with my parents after the pandemic hit. I don't really think it's that either, since no woman has gotten to …

I've spent years trying to figure out why women don't even want to be my friend. The only thing that would make sense is it being my looks. I understand that having a preconceived idea of how women are will affect my conversation. What I doubt is that women can somehow decide that I'm a bad person based off of the first sentence I say to them. And I don't even hate women, I'm just upset by how I'm treated. If I were a woman I would want to be my friend, but that's only because I already know who…

I live in the United States. I have been trying to expand my social circle, but I can't get female friends. Male friends are easier to make, but that hasn't helped me get out of being an incel.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 04:14 PM

I was confused because you replied to a different comment than the one you are talking about. I addressed that in that comment chain.

In highschool we didn't have assigned groups. I don't think I ever had a group assignment in my undergrad. It's not that strange to have incel friends when you are an incel yourself. People stick with those they can relate to.

I approach women, they don't want to talk to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 03:49 PM

I can't speak for every incel but for me: Groups in school kept to their own gender My friends are all in the same situation as me, none have girlfriends No siblings My coworkers only talk to me about work, they shut me down if I try to talk about non work related topics. Plus I'm in a male dominated field.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 03:47 PM
1

There aren't any examples in the comment I replied to. It's a different situation entirely. When I approach women they either tell me they don't want to talk, or they kill the conversation as soon as they can. Getting one sentence out isn't enough for them to know anything significant about me.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 03:39 PM
2

But you never looked at someone and thought they were awkward/boring. You came to that conclusion after talking to them and finding it out. I don't get an opportunity to do that with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 02:55 PM

We had one but it got hit by the ban hammer. Now there is /r/askinkwells but it didn't really catch on.

Facial deformity that makes my face cave in. Also I have multiple features that are ethnically jewish, which a surprising amount of women insult me for. Imo I'm a 2/10

Everyone always tells incels it's our personalities that repulse women, but in reality most of us have never had women even get to know us. If you think it's our personality, how could that be possible?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 12:50 PM

RP doesn't work unless you are already exceptional in some way (looks, wealth, ect.) The success isn't coming from redpill tactics, it's coming from whatever exceptional traits you have.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/20 09:31 PM

You missed the part that I am already approaching. It just doesn't work. There's no way it's even close to a 10% chance.
/r/seduction16/07/20 04:09 PM
1

It doesn't even get that far though. There never is a conversation. Maybe you do talk to them but that would make you an exception. I've approached more women than I can count, it never gets even that far.
/r/seduction16/07/20 03:24 PM
2

It's not that we don't approach, it's that approaching doesn't work when you are ugly. There is no way that an ugly guy can just go up to a woman and say "hi" and have it work like op suggests. This sub is very disconnected from what life is like when you are in the bottom percentile of looks.
/r/seduction16/07/20 01:14 PM

Yeah I'm sure that'd work if you were ugly

I'm either considered late millennial or early gen z, it's not because of laziness in my case. Standards are set based off what people see on social media. Women have endless amounts of options available now so they choose the best of the best.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 06:38 PM
1

Women's standards keep rising because they can always get someone better in a couple of swipes. Social media and dating apps aren't going anywhere, so this trend will continue.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 06:31 PM
2

Maybe not all but there are plenty of unattractive guys who know where they stand and are willing to go above and beyond in these other areas to make up for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 06:22 PM
1

Same here, my standards are basically that they have okay hygiene and aren't terrible to be around
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/20 08:45 PM
1

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/20 08:44 PM
5

If that guy had hundreds of women wanting him on tinder, yes I would. My whole point is that women have tons of guys who want even the smallest amount of attention from you. Why care about one person's thoughts?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 09:02 PM
6

Sounds like you need thicker skin tbh. Why would you care about what one person says when you have so many options?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 03:13 PM
10

It's not filled with them, but it only takes women a few minutes to swipe through. That's why most guys never get matches.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 01:21 PM

If you try to date up your looks matter. Date equally attractive people or less attractive people and suddenly your looks don't matter at all.

How can a woman feel unattractive when she has an unlimited amount of guys way out of her league matching with her on tinder?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 01:06 PM
1

Yeah partners that they are dating up for
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 02:46 AM

Hypergamy makes it so average guys can't get average women
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 05:39 PM

Never got a match on any app so far (other than extremely obvious bots). I've tried a few different strategies like swiping on everyone, swiping only on fatter women, boosts. Nothing has worked on apps. It's worth noting that tinder and other apps may put you in some sort of "low priority" group if you swipe right on everyone, that's why I stopped.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/20 09:47 PM
7

As an ugly guy I can assure you that this is wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/20 03:56 PM

I think what's more surprising is how specific women's standards are. Guys are into everything. Any weight, race , height, ect. Whatever traits a woman has is attractive to at least some amount of guys. Where as women are attracted to a specific few traits. If you don't have them then you aren't attractive, better go get plastic surgery.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/20 03:55 PM
2

I've tried the advice you see given on this sub, it certainly hasn't helped me stop being an incel. And it's not because I'm focused on hot girls like you seem to think. Women in my league want nothing to do with me either.
/r/seduction21/06/20 11:13 AM
