What about the US? I know palimony is allowed on some states. But for other states, how does the court know if you are in a relationship, or if you are just living with your roommate? Do they investigate and "interpret" for example, Facebook posts, etc.

I though that only a few states have common law marriage. Why MGTOW doesn't also encourage men to leave those states as a sign of protest? If enough men leave, then the state would lose their tax money and would have to change the law. To me, it seems better than risking half your money on palimony.

I feel like that happens because we go against nature. There are no contraceptives in nature, and women start to have kids very early on. As soon as their bodies allow them to.
