| 3 | When does the guilt end?I’m no expert by any means, but I personally get a lot out of Sam Harris’s Waking Up course for meditation practice. As far as stoicism , any of Ryan Holidays books are good introductions. The classic recommendation is Marcus Aurelius : Meditaitons. All are totally fine in audiobook form. Good luck, brother. | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/07/20 10:35 PM |
| 2 | When does the guilt end?Have you looked into anything like meditation or stoicism? Something that may help your mental health? Is there any real exercise you can do without a gym? I’ve been doing really well with cycling and rucking in my area, but I’d you’re very urban that might not be an option | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/07/20 09:32 PM |
