Tyler and Julien are not by any means 'hot' guys, they each have positive physical qualities, however, each of their key attributes are the same - they come correct with WHO they are and have authenticity qualities - resulting in them being themselves and shining through without any fear, outcome dependency, any effect on their mood or vibe and they are always having FUN - this is the shit that no ones mentioned here that accounts for so much more. Are looks important? Sure, and we should always…

Really interesting read up, thank you for going in to the detail. I have found Tyler and Juliens youtube content to be incredibly helpful and inspiring over the years and without a doubt, Tylers words and mindsets have served as huge inspiration for me on a deep level. I love how granular he can be (and he often does get completely sidetracked with random other shit, too) and he has a serious impressive ability to be able to articulate what I'm sure many of us have felt about ourselves, situatio…

Sounds to me like she likes you and doesn't know how to act around you so she's being ultra-defensive and throwing up her frosty bitch shield. I could be wrong, though. With your 'this girl just ruins my mood' - no, you're letting her mood take over and impact your state - you have to let it roll off you and just smile at her to diffuse it - are you going to buy in to her frame that you're a creep (that you don't even understand the reasons behind or know to be true) or are you going to be your …

It's far more than being content! You want to walk around happy and humbled, not just simply 'content' ! I'm not sure what note you're referring to in particular?

Sure, reading is something i treat as a daily habit that i must do every day - i tend to focus primarily on self development related books, it's been several years since i read a story. I'm on my 13th book this year out of the 20 i said to myself i would read. These encompass a wide range of topics. I'm actually reading models as we speak and have around 20 pages left. It's decent and a good introductory book for people looking to understand the seduction fundamentals. It's definitely not 'advan…

You answered your own question.. are you really putting on a mask, or are you simply assuming the identity of that guy? We all try masks on, we all have a personality matrix and act differently around different people (friends, family, strangers, women, etc, even down to what environments we're in) - don't get caught in this idea that when you make these approaches or take action that 'its not you' -> it absolutely IS you, you simply haven't incorporated the behaviour over a long enough period o…

Completely and utterly disagree man. This is the whole point to this post - are looks important? yes. Should we strive to be the best versions of ourselves from a physical perspective as well as working on our 'inner' game? Absolutely. If theres one thing that I've learned since stepping in to the world of PUA and seduction several years ago is that looks are not nearly as important as we are conditioned to believe. Having a strong sense of self, being fun, confident and assured and authentic is…

I agree, always work to be the best version of yourself, both emotionally/mentally and physically. Having a strong state and frame is fantastic and will get you results, though why skimp on looking the best that you can, having killer fashion, pushing yourself in the gym and having top hygiene? You'd be crazy not to want that for YOURSELF.

Not at all, this is about internalising the fact that your own value is what is most inherently important and as a byproduct of this, how connecting with it and accessing your 'self' will allow you to put your best self forward as any dependency on external factors (people, environment, material objects) cease to matter because you feel content with who you are and project that to the outside world. As discussed in the notes/book, your physiology or your outward expression to the world through i…

Bro, cheer up. People don't automatically assume this way of being and moving through the world. Whilst I've presented it in this format, it's taken someone years of hard work and graft and a huge amount of being self-critical, analytical and picking apart the differences between who they were and how they've moved past it and lifted themselves through hard work in the form of self-development. Stop with the defeatist attitude and start making some changes - giving up is easy as fuck, putting in…

Spot on. Just because this stuff is written out in bullet point format, doesn't mean that you can just assume it. Again, this information, in my view, is to serve as a reminder of what cultivating the underlying habits, mindsets or behaviours offers you and the positive impact it first of all has on you and subsequently how that then impacts and uplifts the people around you.

I can't tell you whether you're oversimplifying it or not, it's a subjective interpretation of what this information means to you and how it may relate to your own personal experience, circumstance and current mindsets. I don't feel that there is anything in here to suggest faking any aspect of your being, I see this stuff as eloquent snippets that have helped me articulate things I have personally experienced or come up against, allowing me to push ahead. A lot of the things within this are uni…

It's available to download at the top - have a read through and come to your own conclusions, I certainly felt that it helped me internalise how to overcome/deal with and process many of these things, yes.

By the virtue of saying that you're saying that you're comparing yourself against something or likely someone else.. It doesn't mean that you don't have to put work in on yourself, to the contrary, it's about recognising the inherent value you can offer by doing so - and it's a continuous, lifelong process

I would suggest picking out the stuff that you feel resonates most with you and simply understanding how that relates to your personal situation and what 'changing' or 'adapting' it would look like to you - whether that be something that you visualise, whether it be a mindset that you adopt or a behaviour that you replace. There is a lot of great info and some very well articulated points within the post/document - i've made it a daily task of mine to re-read the notes and see what pops out to m…

Good post, though I disagree that walking over is entirely ineffective or beta'ish - I fully understand what you're saying about walking over and framing it as if it then becomes her choice. Though I also know that walking over in itself is still bold and taking action, putting yourself on the line.. it just depends what the fuck comes out of your mouth next. I like the point and pull idea and I think it definitely displays a dominant quality. Thanks

Depends what it is and the context, though it's usually a simple 'haha, thanks' and always ensuring never to make that classic mistake of feeling obligated to return a compliment.. never fucking do it.

So the term 'dating' is used in such a rigid way.. a date to most people literally means one of the following. Going for a coffee Going for an alcoholic drink Going for dinner I have rigid rules... when a girl says anything about 'date' i tell her i dont do 'dates' and explain my reasons as to why (i wax about the stupid way in which the majority of guys will just buy women stuff and spend money on them because they don't value their own time, buy them drinks and pedastalise them) .. I do one of…

it's led to shit like me not even bothering to go out at night and flirt....or obsessive compulsive selfie taking.....dude it is so fucking frustrating but still that is me living in a reactive vs active mindset This is exactly the stuff that you need to recognise as you begin typing it and smash delete like a maniac. When you openly say stuff like this, you need to recognise that it's not 'IT's led to this' -> it's you've let it lead to this and make you feel that way, subsequently assuming the…

Man, respect for having the balls to approach. That's awesome, truly a testament to what can be achieved through Day Game. I can definitely take lessons from your boldness. In respect of giving fake details, nothing wrong with that IMO - when it comes up in later interactions, either by you or her bringing it up, just say that you did it because you weren't sure whether she was a psycho and be playful about it, nothing to be ashamed of - imagine it was the other way around and a guy was asking a…

Webcam sex is awesome and a lot more fun, very 'naughty' and a good rush, its way better than phone sex because you have the visual as well as the audio and she will derive huge satisfaction from watching you jerk yourself to her. drippy drippy To have good phone sex (which you have to lead) you need to have good dirty talk for it to be effective. Most guys never even attempt it because they have no dirty talk - an important component for the bedroom in and of itself. Have fun homie

wtf are some of these answers here? You can't allow yourself to become depressed based on something so external to you - you're surrendering your fucking value and creating a huge outcome dependency for your happiness levels. It's a numbers game, screen for quality women and reflect the qualities you expect from someone else. You attract what you are, not what you want. Peace
