So heres the thing. Men don’t need women, and women don’t need men. If you keep saying women need men, the only thing you are reinforcing is the idea that men have to pay for everything and that women are not responsible for money. This impoverishes men and their children. Men and women are equal, but women don’t want the downsides of equality.

I think society needs to shame women who bring no money in

Lot of the time the man today does 50% of the housework, is also the only breadwinner, and the woman still complains

The worst is the women’s gen x or boomer father who expects you to support her big spending ass

I want to be a contributor, not a provider

You have it all wrong. We don’t want you to submit to traditionalism. We want you to accept true equality. We all know that “providing” for you means you get to sit on your ass at home while the family becomes poorer. We as men need women to work and be financially literate and responsible. We men help at home with the kids now. Nobody needs you around home cooking, men also cook and clean.

So many women don’t even want to help lead their family’s financially. Fuck modern women

I just don’t think i should be a provider in the modern age where anybody can be anything they want. My boss is a woman who manages 6 billion of assets. I don’t understand why its okay to pressure men into providing

Theres toxic women out there who don’t wanna contribute money and want a provider
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 01:58 AM

Men, you need to start having stricter financial and mindset requirements about women. Stop dating women with naive spending problems
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/24 11:01 AM

Most women i know my age don’t even have a job that pays the median income, and most of them don’t believe in saving and investing money. So if anything, its false

Its not how much you make… lots of women just want to not have to work. They have female privilege.

Because arguing with women is exhausting and they want to control everything . Easier to just STFU and stay close to your kids. If you leave, she can turn your kid against u

Why would you want to pay for everything as a man? The world has changed. If you can’t balance working and having kids, don’t have kids. Personal financial success is needed for a successful family. Unless you make 150k how are you going to pay for everything? Lol.

Then the inlaws start trying to control what you guys do. The women never has to be financially savvy, but all of a sudden your inlaws are putting pressure on you to send your kid to private school

Its sexist to make a man pay for everything.

Thats because patriarchy. I’d rather women be raised to be more responsible with money. Conservative households often believe men should be providers. Which is bullshit

Well, i still notice people in the 90’s didn’t raise women to understand money and wealth building, so they still make more money by divorcing

Lmfao i love it. Old comment and post. But gold. What a b*tch

Yes. There are groups in each gender promoting traditional values only that benefit themselves. Men: start doing your fucking chores and learn how to cook. You are an adult. Your wife/gf isn’t supposed to do them all. Women: take your career and budgeting seriously. Spending ridiculous amounts of money on yourself without helping save for vacations, downpayments etc is holding your life back.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 04:56 PM

It doesn’t end there. Alot of women expect everybody to pay for them. Their parents sometimes expect you to pay too

But when you grow up, the girls want to be allowed to stop working at any time

No she was really nice in the beginning. I’m in canada and it takes two financially capable adults to progress… we got a major housing crisis

I’m currently going through it big time. I’m afraid to get married. My in laws didn’t instill good financial values in my SO. She does not make real efforts to save. It seems i have to let my SO have a say in what size home we buy when she doesnt have a downpayment now??? Im thinking we should just stay renting

Women are raised to be entitled. I’m watching my girlfriend and her parents complain that i’m cheap. Her parents never taught her to save money up and never taught her how to get a better paying job. They clearly expect me to be the breadwinner and they impose on me indirectly with snide comments. Maybe i wouldn’t have to be so frugal if YOU were a true modern egalitarian woman.

Women don’t want a husband. They want a father. Why do men still have to fucking pay for everything?
/r/MensRights10/01/24 11:13 AM

Incels need to focus on working, money, friends and family. Fuck relationships. Its a trap
/r/MensRights06/01/24 03:16 AM

Women and men need to be held to the same standards in all practical affairs. I feel nowadays some men don’t do enough chores at home, and i feel some women unjustly decide to not contribute financially
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/24 09:51 PM

Most economists are men. We have not yet raised women to be pragmatic about spending money
/r/MensRights01/01/24 09:47 PM

It’s dissappointing. The world would be better if women embraced being financially responsible. Men have really increased how many chores they do as well and its a good thing, but feminists havent done the same

Thats why i vehemently told my spouse : to never expect to be a stay at home mom. I’d rather be single than be forced to have less money. This should force her to either let go of tradition, or move on
/r/MensRights28/12/23 02:05 AM
3

They should embrace the equality and forget tradition.
/r/MensRights28/12/23 02:00 AM

Its not that at all. The problem is women do not really want true equality. Not enough women want to be responsible financially for their own future. Too many women are financed by their parents and boyfriends and they love to rely on it. I know too many women delaying their full time careers, or worse. We raise our boys to still expect to be the “provider” and we raise our daughters to expect to be provided for. Its bullshit. Todays economy isnt designed like this. Get your ass to work, save yo…
/r/MensRights28/12/23 01:54 AM
2

Sure. Ask them to make a budget and stop being a pure spendthrift. Ask them to stop being a student a get a full time job. Ask them to pay for a first date. Ask them to be financially independent
/r/MensRights26/12/23 02:39 AM

Most women don’t even do the bare minimum financially. They don’t even want to work or feel the need to work. I have three women in my family who keep delaying the start to their full time working careers. They keep going back to school, while their boyfriends pay for everything
/r/MensRights24/12/23 12:33 PM

We pay bills 50/50 but my girlfriend is a huge spendthrift and is non-commital to saving for our future. I help with chores alot more than she saves for our first downpayment.
/r/MensRights17/12/23 08:25 AM

It is. Gen Z women are the worst generation of women ever. They are consumerist, so they don’t save money. They are not independent. They expect fairy tale tik tok lives. They work full time but can’t budget. They are misandrist and expect to not have to split bills 50/50

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
