the big issue is, tests like that don't have a clear pass/fail. they are just there to look for things. If the cop is in a bad mood or something, they can take anything as a fail. you are better off (if sober) just saying "no, I will not do the tests. just breath test me, or let me go" and if they think you are high and not drunk (or if they lie/change the reason to drugs) you stick to "no" on the tests, and let them try to take you in for bloodwork or something, then sue them later. Was never married. I at the time had no options to leave too. Covid had locked my city down. My family is high risk, and I lost my job due to depression from all of that. So I was/am kinda locked up with her til I make more money. (Should be soon with the new job I have that I start on the 18th.)

Yeah... I have doubts about it being a "one off" too. My GF of 5.5 years cheated on me with some fuck online last year. When I cornered her about it, it was "just a paragraph of text one time" Then seeing couples counseling, she slipped and said "a few times" in the session.
